A bit upset on the on the room walkway.. it smells bad due to water leakage from the ceiling. Luckily the smells doesnt goes into the room. Other suggestion is maybe the hotel should consider to prepare welcome drinks for their guest especially during hot weather.

A good stay for relaxing thoughts. I love the landacape view near the lakes. Recommended for those who want a short escape. I enjoyed nice and cute hot latte 😋

The stay was enjoyable especially for the children!
Buffet foods are great. Family room is spacious and clean.
Some wooden decks at the pools are broken and need to be replaced or repaired. It can be dangerous especially when everyone walking barefoot at the pool areas.

Breakfast in makan place so so, cutlery hygiene to be improved. Room quite small, cleanliness to be improve. Splash pool is fun kids love it.

We had a great stay at Executive King room. Booking an executive type room unlocks extra perk that we didnt aware at first which is access to executive lounge and free flow drinks and snacks. During checkin, we were also given this delicious hot cookie (like subway one). There are amples of amenities for kids to enjoy and this made the stay more worth it. The smell of the room is very refreshing and you could smell that it has been sanitized well. Definitely will come back again to this great hotel.

-check in readiness (reached for check-in 3pm however room only ready at 4.10pm)
-room temperature cannot control
-toilet a bit dirty with no plastic bag for dustbin
-terrible que system for breakfast buffet with long que in which customer need to wait between half an hour or an hour for breakfast

The best hotel for me and my family so far. Great ambience. Lots of choices of food for breakfast! My kids loves it & already asking to come here again. Lots of games and waterpark for kids. Room is very spacious and very beautiful room. Definitely going to repeat again next time.

Excellent service, beautiful room. Loved the pool and the food is good too. The staff was very friendly, The breakfast buffet is wonderful,Other than that, I had a great experience staying at Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya and would definitely visit again 💕
