D Loft Hotel

I usually don’t waste time on negative reviews, but this nightmare deserves mentioning because I don’t want anyone to fall for this scam like I did. People who leave positive reviews apparently live in a basement with rats, otherwise the mood of the review would be different. This is the dirtiest hole I've ever seen, and no, I didn't get a room without cleaning, it's so clean here! The entire floor is covered in hair of all colors and sizes, there are greasy hands and traces of food on all surfaces, the room smells terribly damp and musty, the air conditioning had to be turned off, it smells so rotten that I (not an allergy sufferer) have incessant sneezing; You can hear the road, light slippers welcome! Cherry - the bed is also all covered in hair and stains, but I’m a grated mess, I lay down right on top, in my clothes, laid a towel on the pillow.... however, it’s no cleaner. I would have run from here in any direction if I had not checked in after midnight, collapsing from fatigue. So that there is no doubt about a specific room, I give photos of the elevator and tables in the lobby bar. And the view from the window, for which, by the way, you will pay extra.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to LRT and Petaling Street. It is a very good place. You can also eat Chinese ramen in the middle of the night.

The hotel is right next to China Town and is already the most cost-effective hotel in comparison. The room is not very big, but it is clean and hygienic. The service attitude is a bit poor. At the beginning, there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room. Instead of repairing it and apologizing, the waiter blamed me for not responding immediately. I took a tough stance and said that I did not find the problem right away, but that was not the reason why I couldn't change the room. I asked him to go up to check and confirm. Only after the service guy's attitude improved, I stayed for two nights. Overall, I felt it was okay.

The last price was Rm 130.00. It was a very satisfactory room. This time it was priced at RM 140.00. I was shocked when I opened the room. It was much smaller than last time and the price was RM 10.00 more. When I asked to change to the last room, I was charged an additional RM. 20.00 is really unethical. It's really unethical to change to a smaller room when the price is too high.
