Very good location. Direct access to Imbi monorail station for any transfer to LRT and MRT. Very convenient to go anywhere. Shopping at Berjaya Times Square is just doorstep. Taking Grab to attractions and other shopping mall faster and not expensive. Staff are very friendly. Snacks provided every day is an extra bonus services to stay in the Premier Room.

Everything was good except the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Found the bedsheet with black stains and even got a part similar like a shoe mark. Only found it when i'm going to sleep during mid night and too tired to make a call to the operator or front desk regarding this. I just tried to use some wet tissue to clean it myself. Since i have been staying in collection club room several times, i've noticed the lounge only served kacang putih and normal beverage. Last time there was at least banana cake served. It seems no staff attending at the lounge.

Impressed by the overall amenities provided within the serviced suite, including the gym. It was perfect for my stay with an infant as it comes with a kitchenette for washing. Kitchen towel roll, dish cleaning detergent was provided. Breakfast spread was decent, not expansive but food was of quality and tasted good!

27/05/2022 room 2506 Book on they website, but there's seems to have an small issue with it...So should we get started... The hotel is only 4yrs around since open up on 2018. Everything seems quite new. Walking distance to Pavilion Bukit Bintang and old school KopiTiam just around the corner. Parking: Parking is MYR$4.00 flat rate for hotel guests. Is only by TnG and remember to verify at reception before going off. Lobby: + Nice and clean - only 1 person reception available most time, if she/he went to washroom, well you just gonna wait. - only 1 key card will be given, even there's 2 person checking in. Room: + Booked the room under The Studio category, deco and design is nice, even have a small balcony/yard. + The view from room 2506 is fantastic. - During daytime not much of sunlight shining in to the corridor of 25th floor, looks like walk to abandon/ hunted building. Swimming pool: + There's 2 floor of pool 32nd & 37th floor, each have a different scenery. Jungle, Zen Deck. Jungle deck Is a indoor playground for kids. Zen deck is adult playground. Breakfast: I didn't took any breakfast package, since there's many local food around the corner. Overall: Transportation would be an issue but from 430pm to 730pm is heavy jam. Reception would not issues another card keys even request for it. Parking is the lowest rates around this area.

We had a one-night stay at this hotel before continuing our journey to Johor. This morning we had our breakfast at the Streats Restaurant. The food provided were fried rice, fried noodle, fruits, paratha, sausages, baked potatoes, baked beans, chicken slice and toasts. Coffee and fruit juice also were provided. The taste were just average. However, the smell of the coffee was not nice. I could smell something odd so does my husband. Another disappointment was about sunny side eggs. We were asked to pay RM10 for a set of sunny side. This is ridiculous since the payment we made already include the breakfast. Why do we have to pay extra at the restaurant?

The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the ｉｃｃ market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

The location is very good. Near to main roads. Can be reach by MRT Maluri but need to walk about 600m. If you are travelling with out small kids, elderly than you can choose to walk ( I did walked). A lot of shop (because it is in an old area, government quarters) so expect many cars volume. Apart of the f&b offered by the hotel, anyone can seek for eateries just walk a few minutes. Nearest shopping mall is The Aeon Maluri, next is Sunway Velocity ( walk a bit more) and can take MRT to Cochrane exit to Ikea and MyTown.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

I've booked a room for a night on 13 July 2019. I mentioned in my booking my ETA will be around 23:00~24:00. When I reach the hotel, the receptionist, a Malay guy, told me that their rooms are full. I was so shocked to hear this. I mean how can the rooms are sold out when we already got a booking and there's no any cancellation. So I talk to the guy about this. His attitude is very terrible and he told me he can do nothing because we arrived very late and their rooms are all first come first serve??? That's mean no point we doing booking for the rooms?? The guy ask me to call his manager and talk about this. So I called and complain about this, the lady said she will ask the guy to check any available rooms left. Then the guy ask me to pay double of my original room price for the upgrade?? I got so pissed and call the manager again to complain about this. End up she say her staff overlooked and there's actually still a room left for me and I can get to pay the original price for the room. This is really unacceptable when you have a booking but they said the rooms are all sold out. And I really hope the hotel can give out training to the front desk staff about how to treat guest in a polite way. A big NO for me to return to this hotel again. XXX

The staff is fantastic very friendly and helpful. Really felt welcomed. The room is fantastic very big and spacious, also has a modern aesthetic. The breakfast was good there was a nice selection, the portion sizes provided by room service was very big. The food was very saucy.

Omg what a hotel man! I really enjoy the night stays at this hotel.i also use the facilities such reading room, doing my workout at the gym and I was swam in the swimming pool. we can see the twin tower from over there. Went there for 3 days 2 night.  The location of the parking for this hotel is a bit hard to find as there are three hotels using the same parking. For this hotel, car parking located at most inner part. Escalator of this hotel is not function, lift need to wait for long time. There is a MRT station (Chan Sow Lin) at the nearby hotel. The room is at a normal level, but there is a weird smell when you enter the room. Microwave,  refrigerator, air conditioner, and water dispenser cold and hot are provided. Hot water is not functioning. The view of KLCC can be seen from the room's window. Toilets have shampoo and body wash provided. The king-size bed is too small; it looks like a queen-size bed, which is insufficient for my family of five.
