Check in: Very long Q took about half an hour with luckily our Q has the most efficient counter staff. The counter staff is good and friendly. Buggy : Quite fast and polite. However parking entrance attendant attitude can be improved as this is a 5stars hotel. Room : Space comfortable and cozy if add a tissue box will be more great. One of the pillow case still with stain and have weird smell. The pillow not bouncy. Amenities: the lobby is nice and grand. Swimming pool looks luxurious. The gym is the most impressive 👍🏻. Breakfast : The staff attitude needs to be improved. Food tastes average. Table spaces are cramped and close to one another (beside the window area, when walking back from taking our food, it is difficult to walk back our table) Location : if you looking for quiet place M resort is a good option however if you are looking to visit others location you need to drive as this area without public transport. Overall is good but services can be improved to be excellent. Btw thanks for the birthday cake ❤️

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

Check-in on the 23rd floor Need to add administrator whatsapp Closer to Pavilion Bukit Jalil but you have to go around a circle We met a kind-hearted Guangzhou beauty and local who drove us to the hotel door. The key is in the parking lot downstairs and you have to check out at 12 noon.

1. Need to put more hotel signs .. Coz the hotel was slightly hide in the plants at the in front area.. The grab car difficult to find the pick up area..we used the bank location for pick up area.. Just next to the hotel 2. Need to put towel rack in the toilet instead just a hook. Really need.. Coz we sometimes re wear our pants/jeans. 3. Hotel smell sooooo good.. The hand soap, body and hair shampoo also smell sooooo nice.. Relaxing smell 4. The toilet must have a bidet or water hose.. For the easy use for muslim travellers 😊 5.
