We stayed at this hotel in October. We are staying here for the fourth time. I think this already speaks about the quality of this hotel. I would also like to say thank you to the hotel staff and thank you for the first aid provided. My girlfriend and I got into an accident on a motorbike, and when we arrived at the prka hotel, we contacted the insurance company, a man came out to us with a bag of medical supplies, saying that he had been trained to provide medical care, washed and treated all wounds and applied bandages, the wounds were very serious. After the hospital and the stitches, we had only seven days left on vacation and we spent almost all the time at the hotel. The staff sent us plates of fruit with wishes to get better soon, they always helped and supported us in everything. Thank you kind people for your huge hearts. With best regards Gleb and Margo

Super awesome. We booked this hotel by mistake. When we arrived in Krabi, we found that the hostel we booked was not suitable for our Chinese physique, so we searched for 4-5 stars on the beach, and they were basically full. I would not book this hotel without reviews or photos. , but the surrounding area was full. Then the grab driver first sent us to another old hotel that cost more than 1,000 RMB during the Spring Festival. It took us a long time to get here (sea seeker and the boss were directly next to them and talked to the driver directly. Just say sea seeker) Facilities: Brand new, really brand new, except that the door always has to be closed very hard. Anyone passing by the hotel next door must take a look at the building here. Hygiene: It's brand new and very good. There are not many guests. I later found out that they were not online and were supposed to be testing. I accidentally ordered it. It was later said that it would only be online in March. During the Spring Festival, we had about 10 guests in total, and the waiters were better than us. many. Environment: There are a lot of food on the main streets. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Negotiate the price for 100-150 by tutu. Service: Afternoon tea will be served in the afternoon, and they will help us clean up a little when we go out. The service in the morning is also five-star. I really love the breakfast. I used to stay in hotels and often didn’t get up for breakfast. The motivation to get up at this hotel is breakfast 🧇. Parts that can be improved: 1. The swimming pool in the room is connected to the bathroom, so mosquitoes will come into the room. Remember to put some mosquito repellent. 2. The door will whine if it is not closed tightly. Close it harder. 3. Press the toilet in the bathroom to flush. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'll stay here again next time if the price is affordable. My friends already missed breakfast on the day I left. By the way, the coffee in the room was super delicious. I even asked them for two packs when I left. It's possible. Really quite nice, for the money, in a tourist hot spot. £30 a night, clean spacious AC room. Balcony with view of a roof (whaddya expect for £30 practically on the beach in Ao Nang?). Lifts work, staff are very smiley, rooms cleaned daily. Kettle, coffee, etc. There is a walkway past the (fairly grubby) pool straight down to the beach. The pool filter setup is broken so they have one massive machine by the poolside (think pump filter thing that would normally be hidden away) subtly covered with a plastic tarp. Great beach access for sure. It's a crying shame the bar/breakfast area isn't operating as a beach bar. It is ideally located. Post pandemic recovery one assumes so you can't grumble. Talking of which... What is with the glass wall dividing the toilet with the bedroom.!?!? When you have one ”in the departure lounge” the last person who wants to see the ensuing movement is your partner. Seriously.! They did have a blind you can pull down. Presumably an afterthought. Doesn't stop the sound of you dropping the kid off at the pool though.... Overall, for the money, rather happy.

I booked a stay at Krabi Pool Villa Resort. After I checked in, I found a luxury room that was assigned to Krabi Resort Hotel. The same room type on Trip.com was $70 more expensive than Agoda (about NT$2,000). tricked. Since the Krabi Resort is divided into two types - hotels and villas, you should not mix the two types of accommodation, there is fraud suspect. In addition, the Krabi Resort is centrally located with a private beach (but the sea is turbid), and the exit is the main street, which is very convenient for massage and shopping. The resort serves breakfast and a wide selection of facilities, including two swimming pools, mini golf, gym... in fact, it is a good leisure vacation option.

The last time I stayed here was 4 years ago. In that time the hotel has aged and tarnished a bit, especially in the public areas. That said, many rooms were being actively renovated whilst we stayed here. I do like this hotel a lot and will stay here again if I come back to AoNang. The room we stayed in was great (villa) ; comfortable bed, nice decor, great bath and jacuzzi pool. The gym was basic but met my needs and breakfast was satisfactory too. A good hotel with ongoing tlc needed.

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

It's perfectly located and offers everything you need for a couple of nights. The rooms are spacious, the wi-fi works well, and the beds are large. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they were kind enough to keep our luggage for us as we left for two nights on Phi Phi. As for minuses, the breakfast is not amazing and the sheets on the bed were old and not very clean. Quite a turn-off for an otherwise lovely place, so hopefully this will be improved in the future.

Great place to stay with the family. Pretty quiet (even if last time were some construction activities around but at least started at 8am). The staff is very helpful. We arrived with one bag lost in Bangkok airport and the staff called and followed till we received our bag. Very close by the beach and rest of facilities. Rooms have old furniture but are cleaned in the old building. Balconies are enough for two persons and a coffee early in the morning. Housekeeper is doing a perfect job. I use the hotel since 2017 and I'll use it again.

Location: 10/10 Of all the places I stayed on my trip in Krabi, this has the best location and safety for the price. Just a 5 to 10 minute walk from Ao Nang beach, with a 7-eleven nearby and the longtail boat ticket office just down the road. Nearby they have money changers, fruit stalls in the day and tourist booths nearby (selling day tour tickets or airport shuttle tickets). Walk in the opposite direction of the beach for 15 minutes and you'll reach the Ao Nang Landmark night market, plenty of food, good restaurants along the way too. Walking alone at night as a female was no issue for me. Location was also very close by to Nopparat Thara Pier, so if you book a day trip from that pier and choose hotel pickup and drop off, it's a quick 5-10 minute drive. Room and Facilities: 9/10 Breakfast was included, which has rice/noodle dishes, chicken, salad, yogurt, bread, fruits, coffee machine, eggs that they cook on the spot. Okay breakfast but it's good enough for the low price. The pool is nice, clean and warm in the evening. Room was spacious and clean, had a safety box (free), Wi-Fi and TV with international channels. They also provide soap and shampoo, but no conditioner. They are very generous with the number of towels they provide, so you'll have plenty for after the pool, or on the beach. My only complaint is the mosquitoes - when the housekeeper cleans the rooms, they leave the door wide open so you may return to your room and find many mosquitoes in there. Just apply mosquito repellent when you're in the room and you'll be unbothered. Final word of advice, use a ride hailing app to get a ride from the airport to hotel. For hotel to airport, go to the tourist booth next door to the resort and get the airport shuttle for only 150 Baht :)

Location is excellent. Facing aonang beach. However, the amenities is not so well maintained. Some place are full of dust. Mosquitoes in the room but they provide insect repellent. Noise from upper level in the midnight but after calling to receptionist, they checked and no more noise. recommend for a stay if you prefer on location, but not a strong recommendation if you prefer comfortable.
