Service excellent,villa very big, good lighting,but no light at the bed,so bring a small torch.Good bed.Breakfast good, especially we liked the big choice of fresh fruit juices.Unfortunately the restaurant closes at 6pm, but there are 3 good Thai restaurants next door.No breakfast buffet.You have to order the breakfast for the following day right after your breakfast.Not all people know today what they would like to eat the next day.No deck chairs at the beautiful beach, but enough around the pool.As the way to the resort is quite steep, it is not suitable for handicapped people.We were happy and can recommend this resort.

The hotel is located on both sides of the road - rooms on one side and on the other side (on the beach) bar and pool. The hotel is new (opened six months ago), everything is clean, beautiful. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea, there is a slide for children. The beach near the hotel is bad - the entrance to the sea 🤦🏻‍♀️ rocks that can hurt your legs. This is despite the fact that the Lamai beach itself is excellent! You have to leave to swim. The breakfast is not fancy, but good - there is everything you need. We have decided to take a 1std beach on the beach, for the Amity beach Resort. It has no pool, but the available wooden bungalows are almost new with hanging mattresses on the veranda and have sea view for just 590 baths including breakfast with sea view. The staff and also the new operators are really super friendly and do a very good job here. The facilities and bungalows are very clean and everything is well maintained and restored. Restaurant with sea view and delicious breakfast and other food card. All very appetiteful.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Samui Seabreze Place and would like to share my experience. The friendly and courteous reception staff should be highlighted positively. Unfortunately, the hotel itself leaves a neglected impression. It appears that no renovation has taken place in years and the condition suggests that the owners show little interest. The rooms are particularly old and in urgent need of renovation, especially the bathroom. Nevertheless, there are positive aspects such as the quiet location in the second row, not far from the beach. Providing a beach kit with towels and a beach bag is also commendable. The general atmosphere in the hotel was very quiet, possibly reflecting a low number of guests. However the pool was a highlight, nice and clean which added to an enjoyable stay. Overall, a fundamental renovation of the hotel would be desirable in order to do justice to the positive aspects such as the proximity to the beach and the friendly staff.

We have decided to take a 1std beach on the beach, for the Amity beach Resort. I don’t often write reviews, but always use them to make choices when looking to stay here. I booked this hotel to stay at for my son’s 10th birthday in January 2024. The room I booked was no refundable, but having read reviews I was happy to take the risk. 2 hours before we were due to travel there we received an email to say that their pool was closed due to unplanned renovations. Let’s be honest, this is the hotels only real selling point and the whole reason I booked it in the first place. Disappointed, we had no choice but to travel to the hotel to discuss things with their team in person. Arriving at the hotel it was a mess, almost looked derelict. Whoever took their hotel photos needs a pay rise, put it that way. It was clear that the work wasn’t unplanned, and in fact had been going on for some time. Letting guests know on the day they travel is obviously a ploy to prevent confrontation. We were told that we had the use of a pool at their sister hotel, 15 minutes away by shuttle. This runs every 2/3 hours. Not the fairy tail birthday I had in mind for my son if I’m honest. To compound things, the hotel refused to refund me my money and I had to pay again to stay at a hotel that was able to provide the facilities it promised. Looking back at the hotel, there were clear signs. They haven’t had a positive review since 2021, that tells its own story. If you are thinking of staying here, please don’t. You will end up disappointed as we were
