1. Had 2 separate bookings and requested them to make it a back-to-back reservation so I have the same room throughout my stay. Had informed them prior to arrival (assured me it’s done), had to request and remind again upon check in (apparently wasn’t done). Came by the front desk to check on it a day before my 2nd booking (it wasn’t done yet again!). The next day, my key wasn’t working as it wasn’t programmed for my entire stay. They gave me a bogus reason that I need to check in again when I was assured everything was resolved on 3 occasions! 2. Requested for late check out and was told to check again on the eve of my departure. Checked on the eve of my departure, to only be rejected for late check out. Was repeatedly told to keep my luggage at 12pm when I was trying to reason with them. We know we can leave our luggage like any other hotel but didn’t want to. Hence, the late check out. The staff should be able to see the occupancy forecasts and manage my expectations upon check in and not disappoint me on a later day. 3. Shared my negative experience and after some empathetic requests (I didn’t want any monetary service recovery), was given an extra hour for late check out. They said that’s the best they can do. 4. Make sure to lock all your valuables in the safe. Housekeeping left my door ajar after make up room. I only found out when I returned at night! 5. Nice beach bar but basic cocktails. The minimum spent for a sofa/bed is ridiculously high. So visit other beach bars with better service and cocktails. 6. To all that’s reading this, don’t expect any empathy and assistance from this hotel. Don’t make any request! They can’t resolve them! I gave them 2 stars for the below. Positives: 1. Location is okay, quiet area with some stores and restaurants 2. Staff was friendly and pool is warm to dip 3. Breakfast acceptable.

My stay at Centara Reserve Samui was truly exceptional. Few, Ton at the reception provided top-notch service, setting a welcoming tone. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the option to rent kayaks and paddle boards added adventure to my trip. Even after check-out, I was able to make use of the well-maintained gym and shower facilities. The cleanliness and overall quality of the gym made it a perfect place to unwind and refresh before heading out.The pool offered a stunning beach view, and the breakfast buffet, with customizable and pre-serviced options, catered to every taste. Additionally, the hotel's prime location provided easy access to a variety of tasty restaurants in the vicinity. Exploring the local cuisine was a delightful adventure in itself. It was the perfect setting for a memorable honeymoon, and there were plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The services were worth the price, and I can't wait to return for another fantastic stay:)

I have never experienced such heart welcoming hostesses like tik and rut that work at the reception, they helped us with everything we needed and BEYOND, gave us also free complimentary Thai boxing game tickets , booked our tickets for the next trip & checked us in. They gave us the earliest check in time at 10 which most hotels don’t do, they are really the best and I wish for them to give everyone else the same hospitality, we will never forget how amazing and welcoming they were during our whole stay. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing & the pools are very spacious and not dirty at all , there’s a dj that played really nice ambient house lounge music and also the lounges by the pool which is very well maintained , they are very fast with providing any information & request that you need , the waiters by the pool are very vigilant and quick to see that you may need them & they are very quick with their service. It’s in the center and heart of Chaweng but you won’t hear any loud music coming from the main walking street.

Overall good location is good to go all the way to eat all the way but the night is noisy outside is too lively, ha is actually a stack of squatting very tight, we live is the most door, left hand, 2nd floor, one bedroom, one bedroom, one washroom space is relatively large Yes, there is a free banana to eat in the lobby. There is also a free fruit room and a coffee machine on the capsule machine. I also use the branches to spell the letters for two nights. The breakfast is very good. There is also freshly squeezed juice and mango. It is my Koh Tao. The most abundant breakfast in the 4 hotels, but the only one that has to pay for the children is 450 baht per day. The next day is too early to eat breakfast. We will rush to leave by boat. Although the hotel has packaged breakfast for us, it is definitely not as good. The hotel is more comfortable to eat at this hotel. This hotel is also the highest swimming pool. It’s the end of the day. The beach and Koh Tao are really no better than I think I have to play with water to play with the sand and go to Koh Tao. If you want to live in the nightlife, choose Samui.

I and my wife stayed in a garden facing pool villa with about 60 sq meters in size. The villa’s own pool was very clean and the balcony was facing the east. Other than a little noise generated from our neighbours next door, the environment was absolutely serene and peaceful. The room is thoroughly cleaned because of the efficient housekeeping staff who responded to our needs almost within 5 minutes every time we called. We particularly enjoyed the convenience and cleanliness of the fitness room which is immediately opposite to my villa. All hotel staff are very courteous and helpful when being approached by us. While driving their golf carts around, they would always actively stop and give us a lift for wherever we wished to go within the resort. The restaurant Kiree didn’t disappoint us as per other guests’ compliments. It offers a wide range of sumptuous dishes in semi-buffet style breakfast and the chef could made some specific dishes according to our orders. The Kiree also impressed us by the set dinner with wine-pairing given its fusion of quality Thai and International food and choices of wine. My wife and I believe we would come back in the summer which would be dryer and lots of sunshine! Highly recommended!

The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The room itself was not only truly clean but nice and comfy.

I booked in for one week I would say it's a hotel / guest house. I was met by their airport shuttle that was on time to pick me up. When we arrived at the hotel I was met by staff that took my bag and checked me in very quickly and efficiently. The rooms were very large they contained a king-size bed and a single bed a coffee pot great air conditioning flat screen TV refrigerator they had all the bath items you needed as well as free water every day. The rooms were cleaned everyday the staff were great always a smile on their face always a good morning or good afternoon when you would pass through reception. It's just around the corner from the beach I would say 100 to 150 M so the location is actually perfect in my opinion. I had read some reviews where there was a problem that some guests had with internet during my stay the Wi-Fi was very very fast and stable I was able to stream IPTV without any buffering or freezing which made it very pleasant I will without question stay here on my next trip as well I highly recommend it. I am in no way affiliated with the green Hotel this is my honest review of the property. The location was only about 800 m from the Samui Central Shopping Center and they also have a night market behind the shopping center on Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays which was nice.

They greeted us warmly. You could hear the foreigners upstairs at night. It is not recommended to order breakfast. There are very few things. After one day, I tried the next few. Breakfast in the morning was wasted. The bed was very comfortable, not very high and soft. I slept well. The service was also good. There was a welcome gift (1 small bottle of mosquito repellent and 2 delicious glutinous rice dumplings), every day There are also 2 delicious candies to try. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, just on Changweng Street. It is very convenient to walk around and find food, entertainment, massage, rent a scooter, and is a short walk from the Central Shopping Mall and Bar Street. Not far either

I can say that this is a good place to stay. Best value for money Just walk across the road to Then find the way to Chaweng Beach, very convenient, walking to Central is not very far Walk around the street shops for a while. Arrive at Central Can walk to get drunk at Arkbar .. Clean rooms, staff there. Excellent service Like customers like family Come to Samui every time. Choose to stay here for 1 night throughout 2 restaurants opposite the hotel, delicious, affordable. There is a convenience store in front of the alley, very convenient.
