A really nice mid range resort. Size of rooms are massive and well kept and clean. Service was extremely lovely from reception to restaurant. Happy hour by the pool is great. The driveway from the main road to the building is poorly kept. It’s most comfortable to have a motorcycle for it. Reception organised a motorcycle for us and taxis to the pier. This is not extreme luxury but it is still a lovely stay.

Great stay and super nice staff, the rooms are incredibly large and spacious. Quiet and clean. The pool is really nice and there's a restaurant and spa on site. I liked the pizza, that you can order from the pool. The beach in the area is not the nicest though, but it was a great place to visit around the island and then come and relax at the end of the day or during the hottest time of the day.

I can not recommend this resort enough! It is perfect if you are looking for something classy but affordable. Everything was great, the staff are super friendly and very attentive! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Easy check in and out. Facilities are open to all guests. You can lounge at the pool for a whole day as they have created a comfortable atmosphere and various seating options! The restaurant is great, breakfast is superb! The location is perfect if you want quiet and calm but still want to be near the busy streets in town. Perfect for families, couples and singles

This was the best hotel I stayed in Koh Phangan. Bryan in reception is AMAZING. This man deserves a raise. He really went above and beyond to help me get back a pair of shoes I left in a taxi.
All of the staff was wonderful, especially the hard-working guys in the restaurant. Koko greeted me each morning at breakfast with my coconut coffee.
I had the best massage and facial at the spa with Lin. I’ve been dreaming about it ever since I left!
I stayed in the beachfront villa which was perfect. I loved being able to walk straight out the door (climbing over the rocks) and into the sea. Watching the sunset each night was beautiful.
It’s an easy walk to shops and restaurants nearby if you don’t rent a scooter. This section of beach is very peaceful.
I’m looking forward to staying here again!

Luxury? Are you seriously? In two months of travel, this is the worst hotel for the money. Yes, the rooms are not bad, but that's all. The place is very remote, to get to the main road you need to go through the forest along a country road. Due to the fact that you are not with your child, you ate at a local restaurant. The food is disgusting. Considering that the price tag is two or three times more expensive than others. The first time we ordered pizza, they brought it burnt. For dinner we ordered carbonara, which was so over-salted that it was impossible to eat. They did not react in any way to our return and brought us a bill for the uneaten dishes. The pool deserves special attention, since you can’t swim in the sea there, this is very important. The pool is dirty and the water has a white soapy coating. There's a lot of stuff that doesn't float in the water.
Well, you should know that upon arrival a deposit is charged, which simply will not be returned to you. They found some kind of stain on our sheet and said we won’t return anything to you? We initially moved in and there were stains there, but there is no point in arguing.
And yes, as they wrote in other reviews, the service at the reception is simply disgusting. At least they smiled for the sake of decency.
We will never return and will not recommend it to anyone.
