Villa area rooms are super old which is double price compare to the main building where is new

Nice resort, the best part is the private pool for every room. Gym is a little rundown and the restaurants do not do good Thai food. But the restaurant next to it on the beach does amazing Thai food, which they are clearly competing with since the difference is so big. so maybe they don't even try to do good Thai food and focus on the western, since their burgers and pasta are not bad, although the pizza is bland. So definitely go to the restaurant next to it on the beach, not the resort restaurant. top 5 in thailand quality level. we stayed in the 3 level building with the private pools not the cabins, which don't have the pools. worth it for the price which was slightly discounted for the season.

The staff was very very rude and cunning. They didn’t give the room we booked. They give the lower category room. They said because they have a wedding at their hotel so all rooms are full. We paid for big room and we got small one. They didn’t even apologise or return the money or adjusted in other things. When we asked them regarding this, they said we can go and look for different hotel.. They were not at all friendly. During check out time they were not ready to give even a single minute extra. They said very rudely to vacant the room immediately.

Personally, I think the resort is a perfect embodiment of the humanistic architectural style and environment; I chose a room in a high-rise building because I like this type. The interior decoration of the room is very attentive and has traditional Thai cultural characteristics. The room is equipped with an independent private swimming pool and a large lounge chair; the bedroom inside the room is a comfortable space, and the design of small decorations is very attentive; the bathroom is large enough, and the bath water is balanced between hot and cold; the breakfast area is integrated with the long public swimming pool, which is also a great design. You can enjoy the beautiful mountain view while dining; dining by the beach at night while listening to the sound of the waves, such an environment is really great; every staff member I met was friendly and sincere, and the guests were very polite. It is a good choice to vacation here.
