A hotel with pros and cons, overall we recommend it. The location is on the second most beautiful beach in Ko Chang, in our opinion, and the money is quite acceptable. all rooms have sea views and are 30-50 meters from the beach. The downside is that right next to the hotel buildings there is a road (the main circular road on the island) and from 5 am the noise of passing cars and mopeds can be clearly heard. The hotel has its own restaurant with average prices, but 150 meters on the beach there is a good inexpensive Thai kitchen (rice 100 baht, tomyam 150 baht) we ate there. The nearest store is 5 minutes by tuktuk, 50-100 baht per person, but only open in the evening. To 7-11 minutes 20 go to Ban Bao. The hotel is cosmetically in poor condition, BUT everything we needed was in working order. Service - cleaned every day, linen every other day. Overall ok. Summary: awesome lazy beach holiday on a super beach for reasonable money, with normal service.

The room is very good, clean, cool air conditioning, next to the sea. In the room where we slept, the pool lights couldn't be turned off. We had to inform the staff to turn them off for us. The downside was that when we went to stay there was a group seminar so we couldn't order food to eat. It was quite difficult for us. People who go to stay must go out to eat on their own. This area is not very well managed and there are quite a few breakfast options. It is recommended to reserve just a room and go find the food yourself. It will be more worthwhile.

I've been coming to Thailand for 25 years and I've never had a hotel like this. This hotel has such potential and he hasn't used it, the rooms are average but the rest is a horror, electricity down to the ground outside, the swimming pool with algae and sharp capelle, exterior maintenance bordering on unsanitary, the new rooms are the old ones really average, the staff is nice and it is a fairly isolated hotel, on the other hand a superb beach

A bit seasonal but comfortable. Beautiful beach with fantastic sunset. Absolutely serviceable restaurant and bar. Good breakfast. Very nice staff! We will come again!!!

We booked the pool villa through ***********. Despite the sometimes bad reviews on TripAdvisor, we thought: “how bad can it be, we are not that difficult, everything will turn out fine”. We couldn't have been further wrong and for the first time in our lives we canceled the booking on the spot. This cancellation is certainly not due to the staff, who are super friendly and helpful, but the condition of the houses can best be compared to a (anti) squat building. The pool is too dirty to swim in and the deposits of months of poor maintenance are clearly visible along the waterline. Large holes appear in the concrete and tiling around the swimming pool. If you survive the swim, the t****th obstacle is to get back to the house with a kind of hop and jump over the holes. The bathroom has had a makeover by a blind contractor, the paint residue is everywhere, and my 3-year-old niece can install neater sealant edges than what happened here. The hot tub is falling apart and is literally sitting on plastic bottles to hold it together. The shower has so much mold you could start a French cheese shop in it. The air conditioning does not work, the paint is peeling off everything and the complete state of maintenance is far below standard. When we went to reception to express our dissatisfaction, we were treated nicely by the staff, they understood that we were not happy, helped with cancellation via *********** and arranged a taxi for us. Really great. However, the ease with which this happened makes us suspect that this may happen much more often and that the bet is that people may accept the pool villa, if they then come to complain they will cancel, they will not complain, great -＞ money earned with old demolition villa. It's a real shame that the entire resort is so poorly maintained, with a not too large investment you can turn it into a top spot.

Nous avons réservé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. Un peu au hasard. Une chambre avec baignoire et surtout vue sur la mer. (S204) La chambre est très grande. Un lit king size propre et confortable. Clim, bouilloire et mini frigo. La salle de bain avec douche, baignoire et lavabo. Tout est propre, sûrement refait récemment. Le gros plus c’est la vue ! Le couché de soleil vu du balcon est magnifique. Petit point négatif, le simple vitrage, qui laisse entendre pas mal le bruit de l’extérieur. Mais si vous avez le sommeil léger, pensez à prendre vos bouchons d’oreilles. La chambre n’est jamais totalement dans le noir. Mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé. Les parties communes sont simples, quelques bouteilles vides et emballages par endroits, mais c’est plutôt de la faute des occupants de l’hôtel que du personnel. Celui-ci fait tout pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Ils sont souriants et patients. Les repas servis au restaurant sont très correct. Et le tarif est raisonnable pour l’île. Le petit déjeuner compris est complet. Pancake, saucisses, œufs, fruits, riz… La piscine est très propre, il y’a de nombreux transats. Plusieurs bâtiments sont en travaux, et quelques aménagement sont en cours. Mais je pense que c’est dû aux 2 années de post Covid qui ont ralenti l’activité. Conclusion : nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Cette partie de l’île est calme et tout est accessible à scooter. Nous recommandons
