2023年在俄羅斯自駕遊期間，於7月4日入住庫茲巴斯酒店，整個入住體驗真讓人震驚到了，讓我們入住的401 房間洗澡時放不出熱水，開足了熱水管道，放出的全是褐色的銹水，並伴有突突突的噴氣聲，憑生活經驗判斷這應是長久沒有被使用過的設施，於是找到服務員問，這是怎麼回事（通過翻譯機溝通）？服務員回答，這房間的熱水管道早就壞了，從不對外出租。於是去前台與前台工作人員溝通，她強硬地表示，這房間確實不能洗澡，要洗澡可以讓我們去另外一間房間，但不同意更換房間。無奈，我們衹能去另一空房間洗澡之後再返回。很明顯，這次讓我們入住的房間完全不俱備出租的條件，而且有空房間也不同意更換，這樣的服務態度真的讓人難以接受！ 這樣的硬件設施及管理水平在國內是無法想象的！

Гостиница средненькая. Номера чистые (у меня был одноместный стандартный номер). В номерах чайник, холодильник, вода, телевизор. Интерьер и мебель старенькие. Завтрак-шведский стол не плохой. В общем для переночевать сойдёт.
