Hotell was basic and breakfast quite good. I recomend this hotell for budget travellers.

Pretty old-timey hotel in the middle of Kaunas. The receptionist was super nice. We got two rooms– the one for two people was relatively small. If you flushed the toilet it would make noise for a *long* time. The bed was comfy though. Just an average, aged hotel room. The three-person room, however, was quite modern. We had a great TV and the room was spacious. Only downside being that it wasn't properly cleaned– there was a half-eaten sausage in the corner of our room. (interesting convo with the family!) Breakfast was lacking. Walls were thin ~8€ p/person.

very nice girl at the reception, the room was very clean. Very bed smell in the bathroom and room . The breakfest really disapoined :/

We had a reservation with our children on my business trip, we arrived from Denmark via Germany,.. a little earlier and we tried to arrange an earlier check-in with the reception.. but(!) the employee, who strictly refused to introduce herself, very rudely vomited that nothing she won't do about it and sent us after the famous Russian ship, just in nice way..! I travel for work all the time, I had to stay by grandmother in Ukraine, up to Kempinski.. 100+ days a year and it's been like this for 15 years.. I'VE NEVER HAD A MORE RUDE COMMUNICATION WITH THE SERVICE STAFF! EVER!

terrible hotel,i already spoke with ******* for this matter, as i did not stayed there, soon i entered the room it was very bad smell, damp on walls, blood stain on carpet very bad condition, i juat left the property cheack out straight away went out and found another good hotel with same price but million times better then this hotel.
As from room i got some kind of virus that cauae me breathing, caugh problems.
i request ******* that please do not compromise your reputation as we trust you to book these properties and it is your responsibility to make sure that hotels are good enough to stay for people.
