The hotel really surprised us in a positive way.
Room: The room was incredibly clean. At first we even thought that the room was newly renovated. Really nothing to complain about.
Staff: The staff was also very nice. Above all, the lady named Anna at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful with her recommendations, she made our stay in Katowice even better. 
Breakfast: Very tasty and varied. Rarely seen such a breakfast offer in the hotel.
Location: very central. The AM bus that departs from the airport stops right in front of the door. No taxi required. Everything important can easily be reached on foot or by bus/train.
Definitely this hotel again next time!

Gute Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber direkt an der Haltestelle vom Airport-Bus. Design und Technik des Hotels nicht wirklich aktuell, jedoch optimal gepflegt. Super Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Kalte und warme Speisen. Sogar Torte und frische Waffeln. Sauna und Gym Tag und Nacht kostenfrei nutzbar. Das Zimmer etwas zu dunkel, jedoch mit farblichen Akzenten. Breites Doppelbett, getrennte Bettdecken. TV klein und schon älter. Wasserkocher, Tee/Wasser und sogar ein DVD-Spieler im Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert...!!!

物有所值，不錯不錯，房間大，設施齊全，衞生間超級舒服，浴缸淋浴一應俱全，浴巾超級大，自助餐十分豐富，還有波蘭特色的美食。前台非常熱情，幫忙叫出租車，離購物中心5分鐘路程，機場大巴直接到酒店門口。值得推薦

We always stay here on our business trips to Katowice. The hotel is nice and clean, it has a great bar area for drinks and their breakfast is great too. This time the heating system was very difficult to deal with as it was either cold or boiling hot in the room. Also I just noticed how small the blankets are. Apart from this it’s still one if the safest choice in the city and I’ll definitely stay here next time as well.
