Very good room. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. A great place to stay with your family. Maradona museum room 309 was the highlight of my stay at hotel blue nile.

Hotel was really good but the hotel services kind a very slow. Overall good experience, food is average taste not so yam not so bad. Hotel guard were too polite and helped for transport as well. So it’s a good stay!

Good place to stay. Nice rooms. However, my experience with the room service was really bad, ( think due to the christmas season, the *** power wasn't sufficient at the hotel. Extra bed was provided after 11:30 pm, kettle wasn't working, replacement wasn't provided.

The first hotel delayed check-in though the check-in time was 1 pm we reached 3 still room was still not ready and it took another 45 min to get to the room moreover, facilities were not as per the deluxe room
no king size no coffee machine
no wooden floor careless staff asked for the additional mattress but didn't get it even after multiple follow-ups

Not good customer service. Repeated same breakfast next day too no sufficient parking space for guests. Staffs were not at all caring. I was referred to the hotel by a friend of mine who was mr ravindrans. Hotel owners. Friend. Still my experience was bad.

The room is poorly maintained, basic amenities like a kettle for tea making is given after request. The toilet dry and wet area is not separated so self cleaning is too difficult

Stayed as single, room is clean. Enough space for single person. All facilities were there. Located in town.
