The bed was comfy. The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The location is very close to downtown but up a hill so very very quiet. The food is good, EXCEPT the mutton biryani. Don't order the Mutton Biryani it was just tough fatty meat that you couldn't chew unless you want to feel like you're chewing on an old piece of gum.

Kandy, as the second largest city in Sri Lanka, is really a misnomer. It only needs one day. It is better to stay in Nuvo for two days. If you buy gemstones, Kandy is better. Hemachandras has no fakes. After buying, it will be sent to Colombo for NGJA identification. The appraiser said that good stone. When buying, the price is slashed, and the listed price is discounted by 0.25 to 0.28. Kandy is more primitive and simple, so I do n’t watch it when time is limited

We stayed one night at Heaven Seven Kandy. It was truly comfortable, had a lovely sight from the hotel lobby and from the terrace. The staff is super-friendly and we had a very nice (simple, but tasty) breakfast. The hot water comes after a short time, but we spent a lovely evening there. The hotel is very close to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

Overall it's good, the view of the lake outside the window is beautiful. The location is easy to find, although it is also on the mountain, but the road conditions have improved. Rich breakfast and good service. Needs improvement: The lobby is old and even a little shabby. There is a primary school under the window, and the drums and trumpets start to sound at around six o'clock. If you see a monkey by the window in the morning, you should close the window in time. The hotel with a sense of history, especially the elevator, is a bit interesting. It is very close to the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Kangxi Lake. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. It is not convenient to park at the entrance. We have a breakfast and dinner, and things are quite rich. It is quite satisfactory to eat along the way in Sri Lanka. The hotel staff is also very nice, and the quiet room is so the view outside the window is poor.

.The hotel is beautiful..located just around a 10 minute walk along the lake from Temple of the Tooth basically out of the hotel and turn right and keep walking and you cannot miss it! The staff we think went completely above and beyond for us on our stay.. We got scammed down at the market and when we told the Manager /Owner he was clearly upset that this had happened to us in Kandy. He helped us out by ringing the police etc. Also the restaurant man Neval also was lovely and friendly and even came to see if we were OK when he saw us on his way home in town! All staff are fantastic and a credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is just gorgeous.. Very well decorated. Our room was very luxurious. A massive bed looking out to the lake which was the most comfortable bed we have slept in whilst we have been here. The views from our huge verandah attached are spectacular also. We had a delicious breakfast also..fresh fruit.. Fresh juice.. Toast..omelette.. Cakes and jams and fresh tea. Gorgeous. If we are ever in Kandy again we will definitely be back! Thank you to all staff for helping us and making our stay so much more memorable.

Stayed here recently for 2 nights absolutely loved it,small hotel near the top of a hill,with nice views large comfortable rooms with large balcony,we didn,t eat in the hotel but the food looked good,breakfast was ok,very nice staff and reasonably priced room.Only one restaurant walking distance a chinese/burger ,overpriced for sri lanka but decent food with amazing views....
