Room suite was set up comfortably. Livingroom outlet/lamp not working and kitchen light missing fixture. Lobby floors were wet and slippery. Handicapped access was not shoveled or plowed well. Staff was friendly and helpful. On my return to list of places to stay! Thank you

Staff was pleasant. Floor was quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. Right off 131 also so there is nice ease of access.

Everything was…alright. The room was adequate…very big, lots of floor space. The shower was not in the best shape. Breakfast was the part that wasn’t up to my expectations. Waffle mix seemed old (only a little in there), waffle makers weren’t on (hence my peering into the waffle mix), oatmeal was separated (not hot I guess, a bunch of water floating on top). Apple juice was watered down (I’m not an apple juice drinker, but with 2 kids wanting waffles, oatmeal and apple juice, we decided to eat elsewhere).

It was a clean property in a convenient location. Check in was quick, staff was lovely, and the room was wonderful. My only complaint is that the elevator was wet due to people walking barefoot after using the pool, but that may not be the hotel's fault, but rather the customers. Overall great stay!

Staff was friendly the only problem we had was the Mini fridge was hard to open (scraped the floor) would not open all the way. Floor drain was a bit of a hazard (drain kept coming off (trip hazard).

Overall we had a nice stay. The room was clean but incredibly hot, we had to turn off the heat in order to sleep comfortably. We would stay here again.

Did not have maid service in our room. We were there for three days. simply asked for more coffee pods and they could not come up with them.
