The room was clean, and very spacious. However, they didn’t provide toothbrush and then wanted to charge us when we asked for it. Water bottle refill is not complementary.

Hotel location were good if you plan to enter Singapore for a day trip. These Hotel will be a real boost once these MRT completed!

The receptionist is nice enough to give me a room upgrade. Hot water and lights working fine. Even the microwave is working too even tho it’s an old hotel. Just opposite is the r&f mall but nothing much there. The upgraded room is super big, there’s a living room , mini kitchen , mini baloney and a bed room. No bath tub tho.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Service was good. Check-in/out process was smooth. Room service requested was rendered fast. Buffet spread for breakfast was decent & timing was adjusted (extended earlier) to accommodate fasting guests.

First time staying. To my surprise, there's no power socket by/near the bed, which can be a bit inconvenient, had to unplug other location to use it. There was a power trip in the whole building, I was trapped in the lift, horrific experience. Took about 20mins for the power to return and to stabilise, after the incident certain floors, there was no WiFi coverage and TV signal. No explaination or apology/compensation was given when we approached the staff.

Comfortable and located very near R&F mall! Still quite a distance away from CIQ but room was good with many amenities!!

Superb location, near food court and the causeway. Very good for a weekend staycation across the border. Highly recommended!
