First X booking this apartment and was pretty satisfied. Everything was fantastic Eg. Detailed info provided by the property management company, well maintained and clean place which makes you feel like a home stay and even provide cooking facilities if you plan to cook, sufficient toiletries, high floor 34th level with nice view and many more . Thumbs up! Just 2 little things to feedback: 1. Toilet floor was kinda slippery. Will be good if can provide floor mat inside toilet as well. Only has one floor mat outside bathroom . The toilet with the bathtub was good. 2. Car gantry issue with the key card access 😂 but not a big problem thou . Host replied fast and managed to settle. Thank you and definitely looking forward to book with SC Homestay soon.

The stay at R&F was generally good but there were some down sides: - the R&F mall is practically empty - this particular apartment was a bit run down and a bit dirty. - one of the benches has a tear in it - electric switches for the fans in home can be a bit confusing to use. - one of dining chairs feels flimsy and about to break. - dining options are not that cheap or worth the money Good sides: - air con was decent - has cooking stove and electric equipment - washing machine - decent balcony and comfy furniture - Jaya grocer is near

It was difficult to contact the person in charge. I made many calls but no one answered. I had to contact him through the apps before he would send me a message. It rained heavily on the day I checked in. I wanted to ask if I could get my keys and go to the apartment early to take shelter from the rain, but I kept calling and no one answered the phone. As a result, because of this incident my girlfriend got into a fight with me about it.I will not rent this apartment again

Stayed here for the second time in a different apartment. Both stays were enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located next to KSL, just a 3-minute walk away. Extending for an extra night was easy and the response was prompt. Overall, a satisfying experience..

Located 5mins away from KSL city. Swimming pool is nice, playground at the same level. 3 bedroom apartment very big, nice city view, unblocked.

Room painting all came out Bed got ans Room no drinking water No coffee tea provided No toothbrush Floor is wet Good thing is near ksl mall 5mins walk Staff are polite No suitable for single lady At night Walk way to this house is dark

This apartment is new and very nice and kind, but there is no breakfast but it’s quite convenient to eat below one room two bedrooms

Second time staying with Anju management, fast response and also happy with the room it's as advertised, be sure to choose sea view if U want sea view but do note it faces direct EAST U will get the morning sun. If U don't like sun please don't choose sea view. Be careful where U park if U drive only on empty lots with no car plate number I got wheel clamped before cos I was tired and blur after a jam.

Stayed for a night. Nice apartment with a seaview. Nice location and abit tricky to find if you are not familar with the area. Security is very good. Service by staff is great. Overall recommended. Enjoyed it
