I stayed here for a couple of nights recently on my Rajasthan solo vacation . Not sure why I picked up this at the first place, but I honestly feel, the hotel reviews don’t reflect the actual location and operations in a correct ***ner. Location - The location is like 30 minutes away from the city!, they have limited cabs and they’re not always available unless you book them in advance. No outside UBER’s wish to come to the hotel as it’s way off. Unless you’re coming with your own car , this place is a HUGE NO! You’d be stuck in the hotel with literally nothing around it. It’s a jungle the minute you step out. I’d personally rate the location of this hotel as a solid minus five! Service - The service for the hotel is mediocre. The restaurant staff was attentive when they wanted to and on other occasions would ignore and walk away. Not something you’d expect from a 5 star rated hotel! $ - It’s way OVERPRICED! I paid $470 for 2 nights and feel it was a total waste of my money. The location, property doesn’t justify the kind of money they’re getting away with. With no choice to go out, you’re stuck in the property where you’re obviously over paying I enjoyed my day out with my driver, OM PRAKASH, good guy and a true professional - the property needs to give him some credit for being the only positive during my stay. Another staff member who I enjoyed my conversations with was Nishant (a well groomed front desk individual). The staff overall was polite and would help. On my check out, I met their front office ***ager, Praveen, unimpressive to be the front office boss, poorly trained he was and I’d expect better from a property like that. Based on my 2 day stay, I would NOT recommend this property to anyone visiting for leisure. For the record, I’m a Taj Platinum and Marriott Ambassador Elite but my bad, that I gave this property as a silo chance.
