Outstanding majestic new property not too far away from Juizhaigou Unesco Nature Park and set within the Resort with branded shops such as Adidas, Nike, a Musuem etc etc. Ans HardRock Cafe too. Right outside the resort is a whole row of eateries. The room is generously stayed out in modern furnishings. We had a room that faces the lake and the mountain. It was glorious! Food quality was 5* and aligned with the Hilton Brand of global properties. And while the hardware was outstanding, I was even more impressed by a couple of individuals - ine was front desk Reception Ms Janice. Her service was tops! We connected prior to Arrivals and I needed help with reservations out of Juizhaigou and transportations. She was so patient and delivered above and beyond! Truly upholding the Hilton brand. A valuable asset that Hilton should continue to groom. Another 2 staff who should be recognised is Oscar from dining and Andy from front desk. Both made our 3N stay extra memorable. I will also like to mention the chefs at the main dining hall. We throughly enjoyed the alar carte yak burgers, buffet dinner and amazing spread of breakfast selections. Oh yes....Mia- trainee at main dining hall was extra diligent and went to the back patisier to get vanilla cream when she realised it was not placed by the bread and butter pudding section. Overall 5*

The location is in the newly developed Luneng Hotel Group in Jiuzhaigou. Conrad is different from several other hotels in that it is really quiet here, and the rooms are all in a single-family house. The sense of privacy is very good. The view from the room is also beautiful. The front desk staff is very warm and thoughtful, and contacted us in advance to arrange the room and check-in fruit. Conrad and Hilton belong to the same family, and dinner was eaten at Hilton's Mai Restaurant! It was really super super super delicious and the service was also very very good. The overall feeling was very good.

I visited Jiuzhaigou for the first time in 2007 and was shocked when I passed Jiuzhai Paradise. It was a pity that it was destroyed by the earthquake, but fortunately it was rebuilt. This time I took my parents-in-law to travel to Jiuzhaigou, and I specifically chose to stay in this hotel. There were few people in the off-season, and I was very satisfied with the hotel's environment and service. The room was upgraded for free, and the balcony directly saw the snow-capped mountains not far away. It was very beautiful. It was hidden in the evening. The singing performance and the Tibetan clothing experience in the lobby were both great👍The handsome guy at the front desk (didn't notice the name) and the beautiful girl (Li Zhuolin) were very enthusiastic and made people feel like they were home😀

In particular, the Angel Butler is excellent, professional, enthusiastic and sincere! Although the hotel has to go up a mountain and is some distance from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, it is worth spending time to stay at the Banyan Tree for one night! With the unique advantages of the geographical environment, I finally understand why so much effort and financial resources have been spent to set up a hotel here! Only when you come to the scene can you know this kind of shock and emotion! Although there are some unbuilt villas on the mountainside, once you reach the top of the mountain, Banyan Tree's gardens, forest paths, lights and music are more than enough to make up for it! The room is beautiful but a little noisy due to the neighbours doors opening and closing as well as the cleaning staff room was next to the room I stayed in. Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!

Extremely spacious room with a fake fireplace, seating area and a little balcony (although no chair or table so can't really sit outside). Bed is really comfortable and the room was quiet apart from noisy neighbors in the hallway. Bathtub and nice shower. The hotel is very dated but grandiose and expansive, making busy Jiuzhaigou seem quiet. It's set back from the street which helps with noise. It's a smoking hotel though which is unpleasant for non-smokers. The pool was closed and nowhere to be found. Breakfast was fine, some non-Chinese options and basic coffee.

Pretty good, great location and HOT SPRINGS!! I’m an American living in China, so I don’t try and compare with Western hotels in China. Hotel is pretty nice, pretty clean. Overall a good choice except 1 thing (I’ll get to it later). The breakfast was Chinese only buffet and with that in mind, very good. No coffee (I didn’t see any coffee in town either) :( Location is good, 800m from JiuZhaiGuo a 12 way taxi ride from restaurants (Tibetan and Chinese). The hot springs were very nice after a long day walking. Since earthquake and pandemic only 2 of 5 themed pools were open, but the 2 were very nice, very clean with steam room, sauna available. The biggie: you may have read about hot water in the room problem in other reviews. This is true and kind of a bummer. I think you need to go early if you want a warm (not hot) showers. Otherwise it’s gonna be COLD (based on my experience)

I booked a double bed room. When I arrived at the hotel at night, I was upgraded to a presidential suite for free. What was even more surprising was that the room was unlocked and locked with a key. The hotel introduces itself as ”Jiuzhaigou State Guesthouse”. I chose this hotel because I prefer and trust the state-owned hotel. This is the real experience after checking in. Let’s talk about the advantages first: the service is really good, there is no smiling service, but it is very practical. The restaurant's food is extremely delicious and the portions are large. Five adults couldn't finish the set meal for four purchased on Ctrip, and it's flexible enough to change dishes. After two days of eating, everything was delicious. We arrived a few minutes late for breakfast, and the waiter left the hot porridge pot and brought out some boiled eggs. It was unimaginable to go to Jiuzhaigou without breakfast in such a cold weather. The room has air conditioning and an electric blanket. The shower room has a lot of hot water. It comes with a large bottle of Longrich. The domestic product is really good. Disadvantages: All public areas basically have no air conditioning and are extremely cold, which is hard to accept. There is only one room card, and the air conditioner must be restarted every time you return, so it is difficult to bring the room temperature up. Also, breakfast ends at nine o'clock, which is really too early and misses the fact that there is no convenient place to eat around. The conclusion is that if you just want a warm bed, delicious meals, and a comfortable hot bath at night, this hotel is a good choice. The only flaw of the place was the shower heads were covered in limescale which is a little gross but other than that it was all good!

We were very satisfied with our stay when we visited Jiuzhaigou. The hotel staff called us that day to ask us what time we expected to return to the hotel. They turned on the heating for us in advance and the whole room was warm. I was most surprised when taking a shower. There was soft music with the sound of birds and water, which completely relaxed me. The equipment was also quite new, which was really nice. The breakfast is also small and hearty. We came in the off-season and we still have such a rich variety of dishes and quality accommodation. We are really lucky to encounter this hotel. We must give it 5 stars!

Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!
