Breakfast has almost no western options, the facilities are good thougg. Don't expect people speaking english

Located next to Daguangyuan, lots of restaurants and street food delicacies. Professional, courteous and prompt front desk, housekeeping and dining service. Clean sheets, linens and towels. Toilet and bathroom are separate which is a plus for us. Room is clean and well soundproofed despite being at a busy intersection.There's a small gym and self service laundromat. Breakfast was great, good variety of local food, fruits, pastries, savories, especially like the noodles and pancakes cooked on the spot. Good value for a 4 star hotel! Highly recommended.

從結論來看，本次非常滿意！
五一期間入住的，主動給我們升級了幾木大床房，我們本身預訂是高級大床房。我還是挺感動的，我一開始是不知道的，進了房間發現居然怎麼還有茶室，而且配備的是智能馬桶！太棒了，智能馬桶真的很需要！親們懂得都懂呀，智能馬桶太棒了。
衞生很好，設施也比較新啊，就是五一入住期間人實在太多了，停車是個問題，地面上不要想了，地下停車場也都停滿了，然後的話小哥為了幫忙解決停車問題，就讓都停地下，把鑰匙放在前台，需要挪車都是由前台小哥們去挪的，辛苦了
房間裏的茶室真的很貼心，早上起來還能泡茶，太温馨。另外每天都給配備了兩包掛耳咖啡還放了咖啡杯很貼心有沒有？每天還有礦泉水！對了，冰箱裏的歡迎飲料還挺豐富的，而且是都免費的。
床墊和枕頭雖然沒有傳説中那麼驚艷滴舒服，但是也算舒服了，反正我是躺下去就睡著了，因為白天暴走真的好累呀。
早餐雖然不算很多，但是做夠了中式西式也都有。唯一踩雷的就是甜點真的不好吃。有炸醬麪，還有煎餅果子，還有豆腐腦（雖然每天早上豆腐腦都搶光了）還有把子肉……還有咖啡機！真的可以了
竹居空間設計真的很好，好些小童的書娃還挺喜歡的，還可以在那邊喝飲料，吃零食，寫毛筆字，看書下圍棋很豐富……
哦，這家地理位置也算好，因為旁邊就緊挨着便利店，還有景點大觀園離其他的趵突泉大明湖都是騎自行車，大概10分鐘左右就到。
13樓的餐廳旁邊就是健身房，還有洗衣房洗衣房裡還要掛台機，不得不説方方面面都OK 。
