Very unhygienic. I don't know what these things are on the pillows and quilts. I feel that such a big hotel with such bad hygiene will never stay there again.

This May Day trip to Jinan, I booked a twin room with a bathtub. Everything was beyond my expectations. The service was warm and thoughtful, responsive, and the kind that responded seriously. The price on holidays was no different from usual, very conscientious, the parking lot was also large and convenient, the bathtub was also equipped with a disposable bath bag, and there was a small refrigerator. When we ordered takeout, the robot delivered it to the floor, which was very safe. We stayed for three consecutive days. There were different fruits and yogurts every day, and knowing that we had two children, they were all double portions, which the children liked very much. Special thanks to Aunt Guangmei who cleaned the room for us. When I was about to go out, the child accidentally spilled water on the bed when drinking. I thought that was it. If it was not dry when I came back at night, I would make do with it and sleep. I didn't expect Aunt Guangmei to change the sheets for us, and dry the sheets I brought with me, and leave a small note thoughtfully, which was really heartwarming. When I came back at night, the room was cleaned very clean, and the children's pajamas were neatly folded, which was really great. I saw some comments before that the room was not clean and the sound insulation was poor. We didn't have this situation this time. The children said that they would stay here again when they come to Jinan next time

When traveling to Jinan, I chose a hotel with a very good lobby environment. As soon as I entered the door, the concierge, Miss Yuqing, helped us with our suitcases. She was very friendly and enthusiastic. She also introduced us to the gym. I will come again next time!

The hotel is located near Baihua Park, with convenient food, accommodation and transportation. It has a superior geographical location, comfortable and soft bedding, and a relatively rich breakfast. There is currently a buffet restaurant open in the evening.

The transportation and dining around the hotel are very convenient. The receptionist took the initiative to help with the luggage. The service was very good. The room temperature was high and there was no cold wind at this stage. The parking lot is large and suitable for self-driving tours.
