A very nice 5-star hotel in Nanbei Lake Park. The room is large, the decoration is in place, and the waiter service is good. In particular, the manager Abby at the front desk contacted by phone from the beginning of booking the hotel and upgraded the mountain top view room in advance. Thank you very much. In addition, the restaurant is good, the dishes and craftsmanship are in place, and the food and accommodation are one-stop. Will go again next time

The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

Great breakfast. Outdoor swimming pool with view on the natural reservoir absolutely gorgeous. Room spacious and with a very good design. Clean and quiet. The bar can make good cocktails with the price in line with the service and location. Only one note is that the umbrella in the room were both with problems but anyway a very good hotel experience and service.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

Qianjiang Junting Hotel is located by the Qiantang River. When you arrive at the hotel at night, you can see the lights shining on the building, which is very majestic. In the early morning, according to the tide time set by the hotel in the room, it was very spectacular to see the tide rolling in against the backdrop of the morning glow. Thanks to the two young people at the front desk, Xiaofeng and Xiaoye, who upgraded us to the balcony room and let us appreciate the characteristics of Qianjiang Junting. The dishes and breakfast in the Chinese restaurant are excellent, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

I chose Midnight because the hotel has tickets for the Xizha Scenic Area, and it is convenient to enter and exit with unlimited facial recognition. The hotel upgraded the room I checked in with a spacious and clean balcony. I was satisfied. The hotel gave me a fruit surprise when I checked out!
