體驗超預期的一次温泉度假之行，酒店前台小姐姐服務專業不失大方得體，為我升級房型，贈送早餐。酒店環境沒有讓人失望，家人拍照打卡，樂不思蜀，一天根本玩不夠。温泉空中游泳池很出片，大堂設計藝術豪華典雅別緻，房間新穎別緻舒適寬敞整潔美觀。有機會還會帶家人再來泡温泉賞櫻花。

入住的話在四季温泉酒店辦理，房間內也很貼心的設定了晾衣繩。
唯一有一點奇葩的是，總開關或者是房間燈一關。不知是對安全隱患的考慮（除了衞生間有點的，房間內是無法使用電源對手機、充電寶進行充電的）
這一點有點尷尬。

近幾年住過的感受最差的酒店，沒有之一，尤其是前台的服務！混亂+不專業+不敬業。晚上十點多入住，發現窗外還有汽車行駛很吵，訂房時備註需要安靜的環境。跟前台協商換一間。一開始騙我沒空房了。我堅持住不了才答應換，但要我自己冒雨步行十分鐘去四季酒店前台換（checkin在別的酒店，根本沒有温泉酒店的門牌或標識，進來時開車在雨中轉了二十分鐘），服務員全程黑臉，我要求開專票，説不能開，協商才同意。服務員説一會兒開給我，等到凌晨也沒等到發票，他下班了。幾個女前台也差，故意裝傻，以為自己耍了聰明，其實很蠢。這家酒店可以打負分。房間一股黴味，窗子打不開衹能開着門散味。自助早餐煎蛋區的小男生是實習生吧，沒胸牌，動作慢腦子不好使，一副被逼上班的樣子，做蛋卷打了一大碗蛋液加蔬菜碎的時候大拇指浸入蛋液裏渾然不覺/::T

戲曲元素很多，酒店工作人員很好，服務很好，房間很大很乾凈，早飯品種很多，根本吃不過來，温泉表演都有車接送

整體還行，中間發生了一些問題也去找工作人員處理了，建議大家如果有什麼事情發生的話一定要去反映處理，不要憋着一口氣回家。畢竟是出來旅遊嘛。温泉很大，就是設施有些老舊了。花園也很不錯，小火車的體驗很好，風景很美。早餐就很一般，然後工作人員在那邊傻傻的站着聊天，明明就地上很臟也不打掃，也看不出他們的工作的熱情…

位置在景區裏住在3樓，1樓就是泡澡的很方便，酒店也很氣派都是紅木裝修，就是有點老了。

酒店房間極佳，裝修稍舊，有很輕微潮濕感的黴味。入住需要到400米外另一個酒店辦理入住退房及早餐服務，不太方便。酒店下面就是温泉，去温泉極其方便。如果你要入住雲瀾灣這，這個酒店已經是這裏最好的酒店，沒有之一。

家庭親子套房房間非常大，還有涼台私人湯池，贈送雙人温泉門票，天台無邊泳池非常棒，小朋友非常喜歡，早餐很好吃，房間乾淨，下次還會再來。
