首先：酒店算是新開的，竟然已經招牌寫着酒店，就要對得起酒店的設施設備。而不是像賓館，招待所一樣！酒店業務員業務不熟悉，建議好好培訓一下工作人員系統培訓，瞭解攜程所有客人權益，摸透吃透！再來説房間。雖然説升級了榻榻米。房間洗手間的門壞的！床單不平整。換個布草公司啦。最嚇人的是，住了一晚上。第二天早上出去才發現門不需要用房卡就可以開。那我們睡了一晚上。太可怕了。酒店管理人員得好好檢查一下所有房間的門卡系統。體驗不是很好。哎。
