Exceeded expectations, very satisfied, the lady at the front desk is very nice, the room is large, clean and comfortable, and there is a special cloakroom. I booked two rooms, and the exclusive butler service is considerate. Special thanks again to Jia Sufen, Wang Renfen, and Lin Feng. Flowers are prepared in the room every day, as well as chrysanthemum tea, brown sugar ginger tea and lemonade, as well as different fruits. The hotel also provides afternoon tea coupons every day, which can be enjoyed in the Hawaiian Hall on the first floor. The service staff of the afternoon tea are very attentive and thoughtful. I didn’t pay attention to the name, so I also like it here.

床圍、小童洗漱凳、小童馬桶墊等大牌親子酒店有的都有，衹是我們大了不需要了，帶小朋友非常推薦。上樓層刷房卡，睡覺也很放心。服務比有的某際還好。早餐也很新鮮，非常非常推薦，小朋友在酒店沒有鬧着要出門

前台接待非常熱情，16樓王主管非常好，提前為我開了空調和空氣凈化器，並在16樓的電梯間外迎接我，太讓人感動了。房間有歡迎水果，王主管還貼心的為我拿來毛巾被，煮了菊花茶並添置了純凈水。房間寬敞明亮無異味，床上用品乾淨整潔，舒適的乳膠枕頭讓我一覺睡到天亮。房間裏的茶杯和咖啡杯等品質超高。早餐豐盛，食材新鮮，餐具那是槓槓的好，享用美味早餐時忘了拍早餐照片。酒店車位充足，停車免費。周邊配套設施齊全，吃飯購物超級方便，今後去江油就住他家了。

這次到江油的第一大驚喜，以現在的價位入住的體驗真的是出乎意料，和我以前兩三倍價格住過的五星級酒店相比也不遜色。酒店設施很新，衞生很好，每天打掃房間都很及時，還有歡迎水果和手寫信，甚至主動幫忙整理和清洗小物件（在此特別感謝彭小蓉管家，收穫了滿滿的感動！）。
酒店早餐也很豐富，我先生特別喜歡吃肥腸米線，連着兩天都點，西餐廳的小楊管家服務熱情周到，非常親切，下次來還要來住，也會推薦給我的親朋好友

每次來方特都入住這家酒店，這次服務比以前更好了，管家王華？好像是這個名字，每天都準備了菊花茶和水果零食牛奶給娃娃，還專門拿毯子給娃娃蓋，很是細心，出現了一些小問題，也積極的妥善的解決了，不錯，以後還是繼續入住這家酒店！

硬件不錯，服務特別好，在江油這個四線小城市有這樣標準的酒店，感恩。
入住1301和1318兩個聯通的房間，管家姐姐非常熱情，很抱歉忘記她的名字了。唯一的bug是，我們入住這幾天，空調不能製冷，第一天温度26度沒有冷氣室內還是很悶熱的，酒店服務很好，拿來了風扇稍微好些。

酒店周邊很繁華，因此地面停車比較費勁，直接開車到負二。
酒店大堂很高檔，房間很大很乾凈，設施很新，很智能。
早飯特別豐盛，有地方特色小吃，肥腸米線味道不錯。
