很不錯的酒店，房間大衞生好，服務員服務熱情，停車場可以直接上到房間，樓下有小賣部也有很多小吃店，旁邊還有個大型超市，很贊呀，主要價格還不貴

本來我就不是喜歡寫小作文的人，但是入住的時前台接待的態度語氣很有情緒，不管是什麼價格區間的公寓或者酒店也好，這是服務行業我來住店是消費，板著臉對我，一副愛搭不理住就住不住滾蛋的模樣，這樣暴露了管理層管控不嚴格，缺乏培訓和引導，後面我進了房間讓我大為失望，再次嚴重暴露了管理層的缺乏管理和監督，一進門看着還成，但是由於那個前台接待的態度讓我想想就來氣，我想看看他們公司有什麼東西讓他值得這麼豪橫，一進我看見一個60釐米的冰箱，順手打開了，差點沒把我臭死，而且裏面巨臟，既然這麼臟，要不你就不要放要不你就洗乾淨點，然後後面我看到了一次性拖鞋衹有一對，另外是一個包裝袋在而已，難道這是皇帝的新款拖鞋？地面角落灰塵超級多，拿上遙控器黏黏的，感覺好惡心，最噁心是那個花灑，這是我第一次出差住店沒敢洗澡的一次，那個水垢和污垢真的厚厚一層，沙發地還有上個客人留下來的食品包裝，這也就算了，電視還有很多灰，最誇張的是電視地下的灰塵直接一大塊，不知道多少年沒清理過，枕頭還有一股不知道什麼味道有點嗆鼻，那個體驗和環境真的差，之前我過來都住他們隔壁家，和我之前理解的寓米完全是兩個東西，人家賣得貴住的人還多並不是沒有道理的，我並非附近同行來惡意狙擊，衹是希望貴公寓酒店的管理層能加強對員工素質和待客之道的培訓，還有就是有空可以去抽查一下客房，這樣的房間換你自己都不住，還有找遍了房間沒找到wifi密碼，也沒找到前台電話，找到了前台電話打了沒人聽，我經過千辛萬苦才從攜程得知貴酒店wifi，還有我想詢問一下，什麼叫你這個價格是沒有停車票的？我那個價格？相當無語
或許説這是你們管理層默認的話我無話可説

服務非常熱情，這點很滿意，辦理入住時前台很有耐心提醒停車問題還會給我們指路，非常好的，再説衞生，很乾凈整潔，房間面積也很大，設備齊全，離滙悦城也很近，總體不錯，下次來江門旅行還會選擇這家

房間大小還可以，衞生一般，淋浴房的水不流，弄得洗手間滿地的水下不了腳，枕頭高低不平，睡的很不舒服，問前台兩個小姑娘有什麼夜市一問三不知，停車要收費，停一個晚上60元，鬱悶!
