Very good, very good, I was given a quiet room on a high floor. The hotel room is very big! Wet and dry separation, the mirror is very big, I like it very much! My first choice hotel every time I go to Jeju Island! Very close to emart! The big strawberries at emart during strawberry season are delicious!

The location of the hotel is still OK, next to the CU convenience store next to the Asian hotel, close to the Shilla Duty Free Shop, and only a few minutes walk. The room was clean and the facilities were quite complete. There was a large balcony and it was convenient to dry after washing the clothes. The room has double windows, which can effectively eliminate noise on the street outside the window. The hot water in the bath is also very large and stable, and there will be no hot and cold conditions. Because it is the nature of the apartment, no one cleaned it for five days and four nights. I really don't need to clean it. I don't have to lock the products bought by the duty-free shop pharmacy every day (there are four extra-large clean towels in the room, not bath towels, so there is really no need to clean them every day). The Wi-Fi signal in the room is very strong, the speed is very fast, and there is no limit to the test network disk and various APPs. Talk about the shortcomings, the sockets in the room are all Korean style, although I brought the adapter, but because the sockets are all suspended in half empty, I need to put a drink bottle under the socket to ensure that the adapter is stable. The sound insulation inside the room is not very good, you can clearly hear the sound of the next room taking a bath, and even the sound of the bed next door when the people are quiet at night. The biggest disadvantage is toilet paper, toilet paper in the toilet and roll paper in the room. The smell is particularly large, it is completely unusable, and it is strong and pungent. I just mistakenly thought that the room was relatively new and the decoration left a formaldehyde smell, but I quickly realized that this strong pungent formaldehyde smell came from toilet paper. It is recommended that the owner not save costs on toilet paper. This kind of paper really cannot be used at all. The equipment in the room is recommended that the owner give some tips when sending emails to foreign guests. After I translated it with software, I found out that the upper right corner of the control panel in Figure 6 is hot water for opening the shower. Figure 7 of the water and electricity bill, since it has nothing to do with my short-stay guests, don't put it in the room, save misunderstanding, and avoid short-stay guests like me to go to the front desk to consult. Generally speaking, the price of less than 300 yuan is acceptable, and there is a high probability that I will stay again in the future.

We stayed in a standard twin room for 3 nights. The sink was spacious and the water area was clean, and the room had enough room to spread out two suitcases. I was also happy that there was a lot of storage space. There are also quite a few power outlets. However, I was worried that I didn't know how to operate the TV and could only see one channel lol. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, and everyone served customers courteously. I think the location is very convenient as there are many food restaurants in the area and there is an e-mart within a 10 minute walk. Please note that this e-mart or the nearby Lotte Hotel are the only machines available to charge your WOWPass in Jeju City!

Facilities: Very complete! Hygiene: Clean, tidy and comfortable! Environment: As shown in the picture, what you see is what you get, very nice! Service: We arrived early. Most hotels and B&Bs in South Korea require check-in after 15:00 local time. The boss provides free luggage storage service, which does not affect our travel. What’s more worth mentioning is that we will wait for us in the evening When I came back, my luggage was already in the room. In short, at this price and location, you can go with confidence!

The Grand Hyatt is a relatively large hotel in Jeju City. The overall experience of my stay this time was pretty good. The rooms are large, the floors are high, and the view is very good. I really want to take a dip in the hotel's outdoor hot spring pool, but we are too lazy to just take a look. There was a crowd in the hotel and there were not many people. The location is okay. There are several large supermarkets next to it. It is more than ten minutes away from Lotte Duty Free and Shilla. It is very convenient. Unfortunately, we only slept in the hotel when we left early and returned late [face covering]. There were no guests waiting to rest in the hotel lobby. As for seats, if you want to sit for a while after checking out before going to the airport, you can only go to the paid area and hotel lounge. If it is improved, the experience will be better.

Great location but kind of old, the morning buffet is horrible with no many things to eat and bad smell inside restaurant. The staff was helpful but no smiles to customers. Anyway, good price for 1 night in city center
