It was easy to find. The check-in process was fast & efficient. The clerk was very nice and helpful. The room is clean & quiet. Wifi available. I will stay here again.

I had visited this property before, and had given it five stars. This last visit however, was less than enjoyable. The woman at the front desk seemed put out by the fact she had to check somebody in; just her attitude and demeanor was enough to turn me off from making
this my go-to hotel in Janesville, WI.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my complicated stay (due to a death in the family). Their supportive presence made my difficult time much easier than it could have been, and I am grateful to them for that.

The area was very clean as promised. Very grateful for that. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast and the fact that they had coffee 24 hours a day. When I come back this way, I will certainly stay at Microtel.

It was quiet until staff started cleaning. Dirty linens were left in room from previous guest. Breakfast room was clean with the exception of the microwave. Not sure how long since it had been cleaned.

Front desk clerk not very friendly, no elevators so had to request a 1st level room and was disappointed no water or cookies at check in like in london, KY. Just thought they would be more similar. Very lacking compared to the London, KY microtel.
