My clients stay at Valampuri Hotel in Jaffna was extremely disappointing. The hotel was shockingly dirty and clearly not well-maintained. The cleanliness standards were well below acceptable levels, with unkempt rooms and common areas. Additionally, the service was abysmal. Staff members were inattentive and unhelpful, showing a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Jaffna.
