They woke me up 4 times before 9 am then messed reservations up was rude and told me to go tell someone who can fix it because she is not *******

On my arrival I wasn't overly impressed with the condition of the building but I also wasnt uncomfortable with it. My room appeared to be clean, further inspection it had all the normal missed cleaning of a 2-3 start motel. I was going to give the property 4 stars but here is why 2 stars is very appropriate The bed and sheets where clean BUT the mattress was THE WORST I HAVE EVER TRIED TO SLEEP ON! It was absolutely miserable The room looked nice but the storm window didnt close properly and the track was full of debris The handicapped safter bar in the tub was broken The water for the shower was very hard to control the temperature The shower curtain rod was badly bent and rusting The bathroom vent fan has never been cleaned and didnt pull any air Tub didnt hold water for a bath, very slow draining for a shower Towels clean and nice Top of the shower not cleaned The sink in the entry needs a trash can. Only 1 small can for the entire room Walls are thin and easy to hear everything Furniture was ok, tv was fine, fridge needed cleaning Breakfast was actually decent but the coffee was meh For a single man or a couple for 1 or 2 nights this property is ok but you will not be comfortable in bed Staff was nice Snacks and soda available Bondsteel Dr used to be Holiday Inn Rd or Dr so if you cant find it try that name instead Wifi was fine So with a good cleaning, proper maintenance and new mattress this could be a solid 3.5 star but now its a 2 at best

Place was clean and reasonably priced the breakfast was a bonus. The Bed was super uncomfortable. Also in the photo it showed a jacuzzi tub when when we got into the room there wasn’t one

TV didnt work, the electrical outlets didnt have covers, the temperature mixer in the shower was broke, the drain didnt work properly in the shower, and the place smelled like smoke.

There was a rather large deposit required with no mention of it on the website. This could be a giant problem for other travelers.

The room was ok, not bad but noisy others after midnight and the ac unit wouldn't work half the time. Pretty pricey for the condition of the place and horrible road to get there and needs updates. Staff was nice enough. I do not like that i was charged the room rate on top of another $100 for whatever reason i hope that gets returned to me once the room rate clears.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast had both hot and cold choices. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay again.

Guest reception staff was fine, no issues with them, but maintenance was very lacking. The AC and mini-fridge were so loud I couldn't sleep. Also, the bathroom ceiling was full of mold, you could see it soaking through the drywall and smell it throughout the room. Must be a leak in the upstairs that they aren't addressing.

In the three days we were there they only cleaned the room on Friday. I had to go to desk on Sunday and ask for clean towels so we could shower
