I had an amazing stay here on June 11 2023. Arrived and was greeted with friendly employees who was willing to assist me with my luggage and with a bright smile too! Met Omer from concierge and we spoke for a brief period of time with him explaining to me about the whereabouts in Istanbul. Also, Kubra showed me to my room and explained in detail about the room amenities. Before checking out, when I had my breakfast ( great selection) Kubra showed up, asked about my stay, whether everything was alright and my experience visiting Istanbul. She and the rest of the bellman team even send me off. So sweet of them! Room was cosy and I like the ambience of it. Location was great since it is near all the attractions. My stay was for two nights. If you want a hotel that is not too busy and crazy, i would suggest this hotel. Shoutout to Kubra and Omer! Hope to see the both of you when I am back in Istanbul!

We stayed here as a family and chose the hotel due to its location and also the Hilton brand. Every aspect and element of our stay was outstanding; from the welcome and check in process, the concierge, housekeeping, catering and reception desk - all outstanding and so detailed in the service they give to hosts. We particularly liked this hotel because whilst it's located in the old down district, it's amenities are highly modern, crisp and contemporary. We really enjoyed dining on the roof top terrace, adorned with an array of beautiful flowers and a cosmopolitan vibe. On Friday evenings the live music performance by a guitarist and singer made for a lovely dining experience complemented with delicious food (the tiramasu was one of the best I've ever had!). Our particular thanks to Gonca and the breakfast team for going out of their way to make us very well looked after and adorning our baby with love and lots of attention. We will most certainly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul - you will be very pleased

This hotel is impeccably clean and modern. The staff, lead by manager Ugur, was very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome here. The top floor restaurant has an incredible breakfast buffet, and the dinner menu was very nice too. Great views are a bonus. Although the neighborhood is off the main thoroughfare, it is a short walk to everything. Our Deluxe Double room had a king size bed. The bathroom was small, but complete. Very satisfied with the hotel.

We stayed there last week of August 22 and encountered a number of issues. Firstly, our room wasn't ready the first night and we were given to separate rooms which split our family up. I wasn't happy about this but we had no choice. What was alarming that during our stay, I observed atleast 5 other families having similar issue as you can't help not noticing people complaining when you walk past reception. I think this is a scam by the hotel as they encourage the booking, take the money then the first night you not in the room you paid for. Also the photos on booking.com is a complete lie. The room we stayed in did not look anything like what was portrayed on the site. We booked two double beds but one of them is a sofa bed! Not comfortable and we did raise this but hotel couldn't care less. They couldn't offer us another room so we had no choice to accept it. Moving on, the stay itself was pleasant enough. Breakfast was decent (but orange juice is cordial!), swimming pools sauna steam rooms were great. There is also a huge jacuzzi bath which was nice. Hotel is located 10 mins walk to grand bazaar and 5 mins walk to nearest tram. Cleanliness is poor. I would rate 2 out of 5. Cleaner was in and out like a flash. Didn't do floor etc. I looked under bed and dust has been collecting for months and not cleaned. Overall ok hotel but expensive for the service we encountered. Would I return? Probably not unless hotel can improve its cleanliness and customer service. I should have been offered some sort of refund for the first night and the sofa bed.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Pluses: - comfortable big rooms; - perfect location - next to Istiklal famous street and Taksim square is just 10 minutes walk; a lot of restaurants, shops around; 5 minutes walk to Galata tower; - very good service; - ok breakfast (selection could be better) - but service is amazing. Attentive and fast. Special thanks to Eren - surprised with very good service. Please keep him. - 18th floor have amazing restaurant with city view; - ok small gym; - nice outdoor pool. Minuses: - amenties sometimes have some issues - like windows lockers, lights. Before rooms are given to clients - would recommend to check. In general would recommend and i would be back.

Well, don’t know from where to start but to sum it up I would like to say that the hotel is super and clean and really amazing,,all the guys working there with mo exception (Ali,Murad,Ercan) are so nice and helpful and always there to ask for any help I might need.. the location is great, it’s close to a tramway station and also near to all the main shops and restaurants and monuments I needed to see…etc Special thanks to Ali the front-disk guy who was so helpful/ humble/ cheerful and so cool as well l.. The victory hotel is in a great location. It's at the top of the hill so once u get there it's easy access to the rest of the city. Also Guven at the front desk was very helpful with navigating the city and kind. He was a wonderful human to meet. The hotel was very accommodating as I didn't have to carry my bags upstairs and they brought us a crib for my baby to sleep in. There's an interesting power feature with the key to the room as you only receive one I think its more of a security feature. The view from the rooftop is amazing as you can see the entire city and even catch views of the sea. If we come back to istanbul I'd definitely use this hotel again. Only thing I'd change is more American accommodating selections at breakfast like toast pancakes scrambled eggs or waffles, and a ramp for the handicap / strollers
