Hotel a little smaller than I had envisioned. It was a pleasant experience especially at the spa where I found a balinese working there. After a long flight a steam room, Turkish bath and an excellent massage is heavenly. Package promo at €55 is reasonable. Massage is 40 min. Add on massage will cost €30 for another 40 mins. I wish the spa offers Ayurvedic massage as well! Staffs are friendly although I found most people in turkey flaunting the rules on the masks and staying too close to the guests. It must be too hot for them and even at the mall I found them pulling down when they talked to customers!!! That’s going to be bad news in trying to control covid! Generally though, staff here still following the rules. Not so much the taxi drivers and other people outside! I only stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Took some photos at the roof top but considering its location and surrounding area (nothing much one can do other than walk around the river) it’s tough choice to stay on for more nights unless you are driving yourself. Nonetheless I had pleasant time here thanks to all stuff. A taxi ride to Istenya Park from here costs around 70TL.

This is a fantastic hotel! The suite is definitely worth it for an extended stay. The front desk and restaurant staff are friendly, helpful, and unfailingly professional. The housekeeper - Pilar- was super nice and cheerful and always greeted us with a smile. We chose this hotel due to proximity to my conference- it’s not in the middle of the busy parts of the city and at first we wondered if that would be a problem because the sights are not easy walking distance. However we quickly came to value the location- less crowded, great view, an oasis of sorts! Plus once we learned the excellent public transport system we realized this is right on a great bus route with a stop right across the street! Could not be happier with the hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting on the Golden Horn, and the views from the rooms are simply stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. The spa is absolutely gorgeous, and it offers a wide range of treatments and services. I had the pleasure of trying the traditional Turkish bath (Hammam), and it was an unforgettable experience!! Another highlight of my stay was the food. The hotel has two restaurants, and both of them serve delicious food. The rooftop views are breathtaking. I would also like to give a special thanks to Seren and Caner, who were two of the staff members who made my stay so special. They were both incredibly kind and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend the Lazzoni Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing hotel experience in Istanbul.

We were first checked into a much much smaller room, not what I’d booked. At least they moved us to our correct room, after pointing this out. Also, we’d asked a few times for something to be delivered to our room, staff said ‘yes’ but never helped with this, plus the room’s phone didn’t work too.
