We routinely stay at Marriott properties in Istanbul and tried this one for a change. It is located slightly outside the hustle and bustle but 5 minutes to the subway and ideally located near restaurants and shopping. Our special observation is about all of the staff; they were so friendly and welcoming. We give a shout out to Eren at Breakfast, Putra in housekeeping. The breakfast is until 11am and is the best we have had in Istanbul hotels. The executive lounge is on the top floor and the staff very good. The fare is heavy on desserts but light on other items. This has now become our hotel in Istanbul

It was a special stay in this hotel. All the staff thought us very well, always friendly and attentive. Emre kement(receptionist), helped me with the translation with the pharmacist. very cordial. Eren Tone (Bellboy), always smiling and friendly with the group Erhan Koca (waiter), despite his language skills, always knew how to give the best service Mustafa Donmez(Exe.Chef), very attentive to please the customer. breakfast is always fantastic. Luxurious, amazing hotel! Very conveniently located in the city, a very quick drive to ask sights and shopping. Service here is impeccable and on point! Everyone here is very professional yet very friendly at the same time. The hotel is so clean and so stylish. The rooms are a very nice size and all amenities are very luxurious. The restaurant is great and there are many good options and all are so delicious. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Istanbul.

I stayed at the point hotel for 4 nights. Checked in late and had a room service. Food was nice and arrived quickly. Breakfast choices are plenty of hot and cold food options. The furniture in the restaurant is tired but it does the job. Nice and clean shower. Big desk and extra comfy seats in the room. TV wouldn’t switch on but I wasn’t in the room most of them. The Metro station is not far from the hotel to go to the old city. Overall it is a decent hotel at a decent price.

This is my third time staying at Levent Otel and I am amazed at their service! The location of the hotel is great. It is close to everything that you need within walking distance. Metro is very close, Ozdilek park is within walking distance, where you can find everything you need. The area around the hotel is great, there are many small shops and bakeries. The staff is amazing, they go out and beyond to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. They are there to help with anything, very friendly and kind. Housekeeping is great! Rooms are comfortable and clean! Breakfast is amazing, great food with lots of variety! The breakfast area is very spacious and nicely decorated. I have to give mention to Osman and Ferhat at the front desk service who are proficient in English and who go out and beyond to answer any questions and help with absolutely anything that you need. They helped me with getting around Istanbul with metro, they made recommendations for outings and helped me with transportation giving me helpful advice. They even let me use their metro card for the duration of my stay and explained in detail how to charge the card and use it! They are always there for you. My daughter left her purse in the taxi and they made sure to call the station and ask about it and the purse was safely returned! This is a 3 star hotel but I definetely got a five star service. I highly recommend this hotel, I guarantee that your stay will be amazing and that you will get the best service! I still need to travel to Istanbul often and without doubt this is where I plan to stay! I give this hotel a five star rating.

The hotel is located between two large times.Both are walking in ca.10 min to reach. The staff is very friendly and premature. Breakfast is really very delicious.With much love prepared.I had a standard room.These rooms have no dressing boxes.The safe wasn't going at the beginning but the very friendly staff has recover me and fit it accordingly. The walls are a little shocked down.The air conditioning didn't go.There is a ceiling ventilator that is not loud.Otherwise I would recommend the hotel with the good service good location and delicious breakfast and also myself back there return.

Had a one night stay at the hotel during a brief business trip to Istanbul. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the location and price per night. When the surrounding hotels (Hyatt and Wyndhams) were going for €120+ per night, this was around €50 and in my opinion, better than the premium brand neighbors. The checkin was excellent with the COVID-19 precautions very evident. We were given complimentary masks and social distancing was encouraged. The room was spotless and there were seals on the doors to say the room was sanitized. After a great nights sleep on a good bed, the breakfast, which was included in the price was freshly prepared, excellent and huge! Parking was free outside the hotel and as it was in a leafy side street, was a very quiet neighborhood. There is a large range of restaurants, pubs and clubs within fifteen minutes walk of the hotel. Highly recommended and we will return

Close to the bus stop, local shops and restaurants. Our room was clean although very small and more suitable for a single person. Includes a Turkish breakfast which makes it good value for money. Receptionists were not the most forthcoming of people and didn’t help when we needed a taxi to the airport. Anyway, we figured out for ourselves that it’s easy enough to hail one of you’re standing in the right spot!
