This hotel offers great comfort for travelers like us. The room is generously spacious and well-equipped. Conveniently located near a bus stop and not too far from Interlaken West Train Station, it made exploring easy. The receptionist even provided us with a free public transport pass within Interlaken. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

非常差的服務，前台那個短頭髮的女的明明中國人，就是那種自己看不起自己國家的態度，對外國人笑成花，對中國人就態度惡劣，賊可笑，那為什麼要做中國人生意？到處空房，這個酒店還不好找，廁所很難聞我們都不説別的了，作為一個前台，真沒必要對國人這樣趾高氣昂！再也不回來了！

酒店在小鎮中心，中國人在經營，酒店自身沒有餐廳，是個舊建築改建的。房間不大，衞生條件一般，有陽台，晚上可以看山景，很舒服
