1. In my series of reviews on smaller IHCL properties thanks to my frequent Tier-II / III town travels, I checked in to the Indore property on 28 Feb 24. 2. After a slightly underwhelming reception and an ordinary welcome drink, found everything in this property to be TAJ in capitals. 3. Great speaking to another very genial GM , Mr Mhatre and sharing our collective learnings. Just confirms my belief about small town but big heart properties. 4. Everything about the property was class and Everyone at the property humble. This is the truest reflection of the vision of the forefathers of this iconic name. As they say, CLASS with HUMILITY. 5. I have a special mention for the entire laundry / housekeeping team for doing what they are doing with utmost sincerity. 6. Chef Pawan and Steve besides happy employees like Rumchum make a big difference. Bravo Guys and Go Well Deeply appreciative of your warmth and hospitality. Rahul Tyagi

The staff is wonderfull, they always do ther best to fullfil your recuests. The food is world class. 10/10 The fitness senter is Nice, only ting i miss is a good bike.

Really good gym & the trainer was really helpful and supportive, thanks to Mr.Abhilash, gave me a towel and a bottle when I needed it the most :)

Good experience visiting hotel wow. Everything was so amazing. The pool area was so neat and clean front office was so attractive. Nature of the office staff was very polite. Gym area was also very clean and amazing. Mr. Abhilash helped me in doing exercises and guided me the health tips and also suggested me to use precautions while doing exercise. Everything was so good.
