Lovely hotel, first time to Egypt and hotel was clean and always being cleaned. Was impressed. Bottled water provided everyday as well as room being cleaned. Lovely environment and pool staff very helpful I think front desk could with some work (though Abel at front desk was very helpful when I approached him, they other staff on front desk not so forthcoming i.e providing an itinerary regarding what the hotel provides and what is in the area should be the basic, it was pretty much figure out for yourself, so didn't like that, only found out info from other guests that we got talking to .Food was ok, definitely preferred breakfast, loved having chef cooking up omelettes in front of you. We had half board, as we don't eat every min of the day, but you are made to feel like 2nd class because of that fact. Evening meals could be themed i.e Chinese, Indian etc...Beef kebab was like everyday (very glad for lot of options regarding salad etc. I will say there is a lot of food options, just seem like the same option all week. Long and short of it, would definitely go back again to hotel, especially being 10mins away from airport (closest every) :-).

The general service ecology is good, but the front desk generally has a poor attitude. I have encountered several things and found different front desks. The attitude is very poor. Only the lobby wifi is free, so the lobby is free to surf the Internet because we bought the data ourselves. It’s okay if there is no wifi in the room, but the signal in the room is very, very poor. I dived out to sea and there was a 4g full grid in the middle of the sea. In the room, a WeChat message was often sent out for two minutes and it was still in circles. If you want to experience a person The quiet world, welcome to live. Speaking of diving, the dive center in Hilton is a pit. We collected money for 5 dives, but only arranged 4 dives. In the end, the dive found various reasons not to take us, and when we started to pay, we must To double check, we wanted Euros at the time. We wanted to pay in US dollars. The person who collected the money pretended to help us check the exchange rate and over quoted us the price. Fortunately, the locals had been scammed by the locals before. After checking it, he told him that the price was wrong, and he said that he had calculated it wrong. And when diving on the first day of the two dives, there is still 100-120bar before the boat rises, and there is no reason. On the second day, another dive guide kept asking us to buy a photo package instead of throwing the phone on the spot. It was a very poor experience. The hotel’s private beach is not very good, the water is muddy, there is nothing to see when snorkeling, and there is no living creatures. The water quality is not as good as the hotel’s private beach in the city center. The only bit of food is okay. But the beer is mixed with water. Will not book this hotel again, and will not recommend it to anyone, who is going to be stupid.

Just returned from a week at Stella Beach resort and spa Makadi Bay. Our first visit, hopefully not our last. We had a fantastic relaxing break. The staff work extremely hard, always with a smile, they are all a credit to the hotel. It is clear from the work going on every day by gardeners, pool, beach, bar and restaurant staff that there is pride in the appearance and service at the resort. There were some renovations going on to an area of the resort complex and work started on the reception, but noise and disruption were minimum and did not affect us. We found the choice and quality of food to be excellent, we even had a proper meal available for us in the restaurant on our late night arrival -certainly beats the usual dry ham and cheese sandwich left in rooms. Our only constructive comment is to consider rubbish bins on the beach with lids - whilst watching Hooded Crows empty the bins is entertaining the resulting loose rubbish creates a bigger job for staff to clean up and also potential environment damage to the sea by plastic waste blown about.

You can check in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and it won't work for a few minutes. Booked two rooms!! 5209/5207! The male waiter in the room was very bad and was badly smashed into the pit! We didn't find the lack of bathroom towels and towels in the room. It wasn't until the male waiter sent it that he knew that it was worth less to fill the pot. As a result, this person inquired about the guests staying for a few people and staying for a few days. The mistakes in the work made up the mistakes of the guests, but they still wanted the guests – a little girl gave a tip, as a man, it was really stinky! Later, the door couldn’t open and ask him, actually said no. Know! This waiter hastened to fire! After a few passes, I saw him sneaking around. If it wasn’t for the safe in the room, this person would definitely start! Will not stay again!

My third visit in Hurghada Egypt and first in Iberotel casa del mar resort 😍 wow what a positive surprise. From lovely helpful staff, great relaxing music by the pool , gorgeous little sandy beach just 5 min away with small sitting area where You can order delicious food from the menu card. Great place to stay If You looking to chill , relax and enjoy tasty food . Mainly for couple but families will enjoy it too . Children can play in the small playground by reception entrance and use slides. Heated pool will be great if you are not a fan of cold water . Hotel is clean , the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily . There is also a kids club and the gym . In the evening you can enjoy local shopping 🛍️ as the hotel is located by the promenade. One again thank You Khaled and his team for a pleasant stay .

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us). As for the hotel itself, it needs to be evaluated in the overall environment of Egypt. It is still safe, safe and comfortable, but the food is average and the quality of lunch is better than dinner. Uber cannot enter the hotel to pick up people, and the driver will make an appointment outside the gate. There are many European customers during this period, and no other Asian guests were seen at check-in.

Old hotel, deceived by formally movenpick. Small scale, meals are inferior to other Red Sea hotels. The sea in front of the hotel is beautiful. There is an artificial island overlooking the city and the sea. It is worth a walk. The beach is crowded and narrow. The weirdest design is to set up an internal bar directly downstairs in the direction of the ocean view room. It is very noisy to perform singing at night.

We stayed here this past week June 2023, it was an amazing holiday. Pros- The entertainment team are brilliant, Bob, Vicki, Keko and Momento especially. They always came and spoke to us in the mornings. Making us laugh and getting us involved in all their activities. The lifeguards were also incredible. (Ahmed and Ramadan) Helping us move our sun beds either into the sun or into the shade. The lunch around the small circle pool was very good. Chips, pizza, burgers, kebabs. Very good food. Served from around 11:30 to about 3. Rooms were very clean, the cleaner was very good we were on the 5th floor room 1519 very good few of the sea and the next door hotel, nice and quiet in the evenings so would be good for someone who likes to go up to the room earlier in the evenings. Bottled Water was given to us everyday. Pools were kept clean and monitored throughout the whole day. Water slides were very good. Felt very safe and were again monitored the whole time. Food at the al carte restaurants were lovely. However you do need to book these quickly as they go very fast. We stayed up until midnight to make sure we got a space. Cons- Food at the buffet in the evening wasn’t brilliant, however I am a fussy eater, there wasn’t chips in the evening buffet any of the times we ate in there, the pasta station was very good for someone like me who likes plain food. The restaurants were quite warm so I found it quite uncomfortable to eat in. The boulevard burger restaurant was outside and I really struggled to eat here. The only restaurant which I thought was a nice temperature was the Asian restaurant, very good food in there was well. We stayed around what was meant to be the adults only pool. A smaller circle one in the middle, however there were more children in this pool than there were adults. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely return. We had a great time.

Facilities: The interior decoration of the hotel room is old, some cabinet screws have been loose, and the air conditioner is very loud even at the minimum wind speed. Cleanliness: Although the staff cleaned the room very carefully and they thoughtfully put paper towels under our belongings, the wall near the head of the bed was smelly and some dirty spots and traces of liquid soaking could be seen.
