This Marriott hotel is a disappointment. 1. We booked two deluxe sea view rooms four months ago, and the room rate was much higher than the room we booked on the same day. When we went to the front desk to change rooms, a young male staff member kept a straight face the entire time and repeatedly stated that this was the room type we had booked and there were no more rooms in the hotel. Later, I changed rooms under the coordination of a female staff member. 2. Went to the buffet in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Not to mention that the buffet was 710 Egyptian pounds and there was nothing delicious. Drinks required extra payment. The strangest thing was that you could not sign the bill and had to pay on the spot, and the waiter had a tough attitude. No matter his expression, His tone and body language were very uncomfortable, and he repeatedly stated that he had to pay on the spot. When I gave him US dollars, there was a slight crack in the middle of a twenty-dollar bill, so I refused to accept it and asked for a complete one. 3. Charges are optional. Our two rooms were billed separately. The bill was the same, but the amount of US dollars charged was actually different. After talking to another staff member for a long time, they refunded us the missing US$5. Marriott also has completely different services at Cairo Mina Palace. We hope to rectify it, otherwise we will lose more guests. I commend the young man who made waffles for breakfast. The waffles were the most delicious. He had a bright smile the whole time and could make pancakes of various shapes. I hope all the staff in this hotel can learn from him.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel is well maintained and the service is in place. If you are a Marriott member, you will get an upgrade. There is a private beach and an outdoor swimming pool, which is quite comfortable if the sun is good. It is a certain distance from the city center. If you drive by yourself, you can park on the nearby roadside and it is more convenient. The hotel's catering products are also good and the prices are very good.
