Very nice set up. Not very hygienic. It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

Had a wonderful holiday, I can only describe the hotel as whacky. Restaurant- personally I found the food varied and plenty of selection. Thank you to the Ashraf, chef and Ahmed and company, who looked after us so well. The Teriyaki restaurant was fab and Bam Bam were so good to cook om ali for me. Thank you so much. We were so well looked after by everyone, including Ibrahim poolside and Waghi who looked after our room. The poolside staff were also wonderful, nothing was to much trouble for them, Hany thank you for the lovely cocktails, although the hotel could do with reviewing their supplier of the alcohol. The animation team were good fun but like other reviews they could do with turning down the volume. Our room needed some attention to the curtains, but we forgot to report it. We are hoping to return in September. Kiara keep up the good work.

We just come back from an amazing holidays in Caves Hotel Amazing place,always very clean and tidy everywhere. Food was good,sometimes not much choice but overall good . Bedroom was big the only issue was the shower with cold water but everytime we called to the reception they fixed the problem. Disco inside was a bit bad …empty.. Beach is small but very nice . We have an Egyptian massage and it was great! Entertainment was not much but the staff was great. We will Defenetly go back

Fantastic holiday, hotel is clean and friendly, helpful staff. We did struggle a little bit with food, (but this is more due to our tastes and me being an incredibly fussy eater. So this was our issue more so than choices available) however, they were making changes based upon feedback from guests and these were positive changes. Need to bear in mind they are trying to cater for a very wide audience. Don't take to much from the 1 star reviews, the place is lovely, the rooms are clean, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfy (better than ours at home!) We had a swim up room which was everything you could ask for, beautiful clean swimming pool, your own twin sun lounger and even a corner sofa area. We did alot on our trip here (we stayed for 2 weeks) we booked trips to Cairo, Luxor, vip boat trip and quad biking all through Mohammed the resident excursion manager. Everything was quick, easy and well thought out, all our trips met expectations and made our trip a once in a lifetime opportunity. Any issues we did have (we didn't have many and they were only little things) Mohammed sorted out quickly for us. All in all, we have had a fantastic holiday and I would highly recommend.

Hotel good rooms fine ,food not that good to be honest same food nearly every day, staff very good if anyone coming need to get lot of bug spray lot of people getting bit the main bar by pool not got lot of tables for the size of hotel people have to sit on sunbeds to watch entertainment , pools are good beach good but need to walk out long way if want to swim . the reception people didn’t like to help looked at you like your spaced out , all in all we enjoyed it but wouldn’t go back Oh and the cleaner was brilliant with us if wanted anything it would get it for us

My stay: 20.04-27.04.2024. Clean pools, clean rooms. A bit far from Hurghada but this information was known already before departure. Nice animation. Favorite girl - Mahi. All the others were very good as well but with Mahi we just had a special bond. Would pack her to suitcase and ask to come with us back home. :). Mahi helped with taxis, braided hair, made jokes - beautiful person.

Holiday has been very good, entertainment team are acceptional and very welcoming and helpful. Weather was lovely and hotel and room was amazing I recommend it for holidays it loved Egypt because of caves beach resort it was amazing I will come back soon
