This is a very large hotel with lots of rooms and floors. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and great furniture. Staff tried really hard although some didn't speak much English, the concierge was great and arranged transport for us. The pool is big but lots of children! The buffet breakfast was great but the dinner not worth it. Only local beer available.

What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at ”SWEETOME Hotel”, but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!

When we came to Huangshan to blindly choose this hotel, the main things we valued were the Hui-style style and garden facilities. We could also arrange pick-up from the station (airport), the driver was on time, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, the hotel decoration was simple and elegant, warm and comfortable, and the service was enthusiastic, so we talked to the driver Master Sheng paid for the chartered car and we stayed for 3 days under his warm and thoughtful arrangements. He also introduced the sightseeing projects and I was very satisfied with the itinerary! The hotel's breakfast is also good, with a variety of varieties and delicious food. No wonder it’s so cheap on National Day, with a reduced standard of five stars. I live in Building 5, which is a large B&B. This is the first time I have encountered a five-star hotel that does not provide centralized hot water supply, but uses electric water heaters. Better B&Bs do more than this, let alone Hanting Home Inn 😂😂 So it was normal for the bathtub to be unavailable. The quilt is a fiber quilt, and the towels and bath towels are very modern and are standard equipment. As for hair dryers, electric kettles, etc., just have the main one. The carpet in the room, the oversized faucet, the oversized bathroom, and the traces of the five-star hotel back then. The breakfast is also downgraded. It's not as good as a better four-star hotel, so don't expect too much.

Hence, it is a good base to leave the luggages for a (backpacked) trip to Huangshan Mountain (Danxia Peak) and Hongcun Ancient Village (Moon Fen). Service: Warm but not attentive enough. For example, parking is difficult. It may be too busy during the peak season. The housekeeper did not contact us in advance. We only informed the front desk after calling the front desk. We drove for 20 minutes on the congested old street to get to the parking lot. Others: The souvenirs are exquisite, the breakfast has not many varieties, but the taste is very good. Disadvantages: There is no wardrobe, only a small clothes hanger. There are many clothes in winter, and there is no place to hang them after they are taken off. They can only be placed on the tea seat on the ground. There is no floor heating or heating in the entire bathroom, and the toilet is not smart and looks like an ice cellar. The sockets are loose and the sound insulation is not good. The hotel is located in the center of the city, and it takes only three to five minutes to walk to the old street. It is very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel lobby feels spacious and bright when entering. The service staff is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage and delivers it to the room. Not long after entering the room, the waiter brought fresh fruit and milk. The room is very clean and well-equipped. The only thing is that the TV is not smart, and can only watch CCTV and local channels.
