Hotel environment, facilities are good. Not far from the passenger station, the old street, travel is more convenient. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. We continued to live the next day, there was no room, the front desk tried to give us a room row, so that we avoided trouble. Thank you for the front desk clerk on the morning of the 24th.

一開始是預訂的另一家酒店，但是是公寓式的，個人不太喜歡這種類型。因為環保等方面特殊原因，湖區有很多酒店關閉，正好在攜程上看見這家酒店，遂重新預訂了這家。考慮到漫心是華住旗下的品牌，相信大品牌的一貫水準，個人認為在太平湖景區算top3級別的了。硬件來看，酒店是24.3月才開業的，充電座有A口和C口，馬桶也是帶加熱、紫外線消毒的電動馬桶，全屋智能水平不錯，吹風機是萊芬的，使用感受很不錯；服務來看：辦理入住前酒店前台就會打電話諮詢行程，一到門口就有人幫忙拿行李，check in時有茶水，還有歡迎水果。尤其要表揚下酒店胡靜、娩清兩位工作人員，小孩有點發熱，溝通後提前把額温槍放置於房間內，退房時還贈送了小禮品，並且幫忙搬運行李，全程都很真誠、熱情、專業。

NIce new hotel .. very posh .. name changed to cloud fun .. just few minutes away from xihai gorge. Staff Xiang Jian Fan was updating us the sunrise/sunset schedule and location to watch them. It is really amazing to have such nice hotel at the peak. Everything is carried up by hand .. including the bedsheet we slept on. I saw the guys carrying them up and down hill.

In order to experience the feeling of the RV, the room is large and well equipped. Outside the RV is a super large parking lot and barbecue area, and you can also have a bonfire party at night. The two full-size tennis courts are also very nice. The food in the manor is also delicious, and many vegetables are grown by themselves. There are super large tea gardens in and around the village, and the environment is invincible.

The Peak Of Mount Huangshan
The hotel had a great location close to some of the most famous peaks. We stayed for a night to be able to see the sunset and sunrise and all was arranged in order to allow it in the most comfortable and convenient way, from tours planned to down jackets in the room free for use. We were upgraded during check-in for a better room and used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On top of that we also found a voucher for the spa in the room ☺️

To be honest, the hotel is really bad. The scenery is average and it’s too remote. It’s inconvenient to go out. The restaurant inside the hotel smells very ordinary but very expensive. The hotel room smells bad after changing the room. The bathing and washing at night is half of the power failure. I was speechless, and the manager of the hotel coordinating check-out has not answered directly and repeatedly. Here, I would like to praise Ctrip's customer service for solving the problem. It is really great to rest assured that Ctrip will protect your rights. It is indeed a big company. Give Ctrip a thumbs up.
