This is a very large hotel with lots of rooms and floors. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and great furniture. Staff tried really hard although some didn't speak much English, the concierge was great and arranged transport for us. The pool is big but lots of children! The buffet breakfast was great but the dinner not worth it. Only local beer available.

The hotel had a great location close to some of the most famous peaks. We stayed for a night to be able to see the sunset and sunrise and all was arranged in order to allow it in the most comfortable and convenient way, from tours planned to down jackets in the room free for use. We were upgraded during check-in for a better room and used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On top of that we also found a voucher for the spa in the room ☺️

What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at ”SWEETOME Hotel”, but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!

No wonder it’s so cheap on National Day, with a reduced standard of five stars. I live in Building 5, which is a large B&B. This is the first time I have encountered a five-star hotel that does not provide centralized hot water supply, but uses electric water heaters. Better B&Bs do more than this, let alone Hanting Home Inn 😂😂 So it was normal for the bathtub to be unavailable. The quilt is a fiber quilt, and the towels and bath towels are very modern and are standard equipment. As for hair dryers, electric kettles, etc., just have the main one. The carpet in the room, the oversized faucet, the oversized bathroom, and the traces of the five-star hotel back then. The breakfast is also downgraded. It's not as good as a better four-star hotel, so don't expect too much.

Location is perfect at the top of the mountain, we arrived after a day of hiking and were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff - especially Qinqin who kept in touch with us and sent us weather/cloud cover/sunrise details by message. We were so impressed and pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities - really good food (and very reasonably priced), warm and clean room, smart toilet, mountain-view from the window, warm jackets provided for watching the sunrise (we were lucky to catch a clear sky for the sunrise!). They also prepared small items of complimenary local snacks and coffees throughout our stay. There was a small performance of the traditional opera style in the evening in the main hall which was lovely (especially for my UK partner to experience!). Would highly recommend and would stay again

We were part of a group of six friends who traveled from Shanghai for a long weekend exploring Huangshan. And the hostel was an absolute gem that made the weekend perfect!! The owner was very communicative prior to our arrival, and arranged for a van to pick us all up from Huangshan Bei train station to the hostel. Nestled in a cute valley around a 10 minute drive from the entrance to Huangshan, we loved the clean, modern, and relaxing vibe of the hostel. We had amazing hosts, who prepared delicious breakfasts, lunch, and dinner! They also gave great hiking recommendations both for Huangshan and for the surrounding area. 100% would recommend for others.

NIce new hotel .. very posh .. name changed to cloud fun .. just few minutes away from xihai gorge. Staff Xiang Jian Fan was updating us the sunrise/sunset schedule and location to watch them. It is really amazing to have such nice hotel at the peak. Everything is carried up by hand .. including the bedsheet we slept on. I saw the guys carrying them up and down hill.

The boss and his wife were very nice. They picked us up and dropped us all the way up and down the mountain. The food they cooked was very delicious, including the chicken soup and the smelly mandarin fish. When we came back from the mountain, the children played in the hot spring for an hour. They were very happy. The mirror in the room was like a It would be nice to have one more person outside, so you don't have to be next to each other to wipe your face and wash your hands. We loved our stay at Huanghan Lotus. The staff are all very friendly and sweet, and communicative through chat apps even though we do not speak Mandarin. They helped us plan our route up and around the mountain, arranged a taxi for our return, and let us leave our bags here while we travelled up the mountain for a night. When we returned to pick up our bags, we decided to get a massage at the spa and they gave us both half an hour extra. About the room — we were upgraded and the room is gorgeous, beautiful wood and a very comfortable bed and shower etc. The hot spring is also very comfortable, the perfect way to unwind. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we visit. Highly recommend!

It was the best place we ever stayed in China! I booked the place after reading many positive reviews of the place. The innkeeper was very patient, friendly & kind with us & made communicating through Wechat translation easy. She booked our rides from/to the train station. And she personally gave us rides to the ticket center of the Huangshan. Her recommendation on where to go on which day according to the weather was perfect & easy to understand. We also had delicious three nights of dinner & three mornings of breakfast. Room was clean & well stocked like a 5 star-hotel. Especially liked the fact that there was a refrigerator. She even offered us to choose a bigger room than the one we originally booked, but our daughter loved the smaller room with a separate tatami room. All and all I highly recommend the place!! ( Recommend visiting in less crowded winter for hikes in Huangshan )

The B&B has a sense of design. It has been carefully designed both inside and outside. Everywhere has a view. The price was a little expensive, but it was worth it in such an environment. If you want to have a drink and chat, there is also a bar, with sofas by the window, a fireplace, and you can sit anywhere you want at the bar. The breakfast is rich, and you can pick up and drop off the scenic spots by Tesla or commercial vehicle, which can be regarded as a home service. Traveled over the Chinese New Year. The hotel was clean and personnel nice. My target was going to the Yellow Mountain and it turned out to be problematic because of timing and the pandemic situation (=lack of tourists). With help of the personnel the trip finally came true. Special thanks to Miss Amber, who had a vital role in overcoming language barrier and arranging transportation. The hotel was clean and beds ok. Also, the Wifi was working fine. The breakfast was not available in the hotel. Also visited the Old Town that is in (longish) walking distance from the hotel. Can recommend the hotel for traveler on budget.

I climbed the Yellow Mountain 3 times and every time I stayed at this hotel. For the second time I chose this hotel because I remembered the little stone tigers leading you to the entrance. It’s a beautiful way of settling in the mountain. Also, I still knew it had a good location and I liked the warm coats that you can borrow. The third time I choose this hotel because of mr. Xiao Li (管家小李). He is truly a great host. We were taken care of so well: he sent us weather reports, gave us a good overview of the mountain, led us to the sunrise viewing spots, and just has a very warm personality. Mr. Xiao li will be the reason for me to book this hotel again in the future. Thank you for your care.

非常棒，尤其是服務要打100分！非常推薦！ 因為北京飛黃山衹有晚上的一趟航班，於是在機場附近選了一家酒店算是中轉一下，本來期望沒有太高，但是從到店就感受到工作人員熱情的服務和問候。因為到的比較晚又是租車自駕過來，所以路線都不太熟悉，工作人員貼心的讓把車子就停到了大堂進門的地方。辦理入住還給了很漂亮的伴手禮。房間裏也有準備了問候卡和歡迎水果。最讚的是小朋友的牙刷，應該超過80%五星酒店的配置。 酒店裡隨處遇到工作人員都會主動熱情的和你打招呼，這讓第一次到安徽的我們在這裏的第一晚就對這裏就感受到安徽人的熱情好客。因為第二天一早就要出發，所以沒有太多時間仔細遊覽一下酒店，但是酒店的中式長廊還是留下了非常深刻的印象。特別推薦商務或親子出行。 提一個小問題，就是房間的中央空調不好用，晚上被凍醒了，温度一直在14度上不去，這讓屋裡開慣暖氣的北方人有點適應不了，打開室內的掛機空調，調到30度吹出的還是半涼不熱的風，希望能夠改進。

Highly recommended! We checked into this store on Tunxi Old Street after climbing Huangshan Mountain. First of all, the store is brand new. It is very conspicuous and easy to find. After entering the gate, you still have to walk a short distance to the lobby, but I was pleasantly surprised that it has a rain-proof design and a large slope for easy pulling of suitcases. This detail is very impressive. It is also something that many similar hotels don’t have. Then there is the lobby, which is clean and bright. The self-service check-in machine can visually see the distribution of hotel rooms and then select available rooms. We didn't want to walk around with our luggage, so we chose a room close to the elevator. In particular, I would like to mention that the lady at the front desk is very gentle and patient.
