早餐八點半就沒了，第一次見這麼早就沒得，問題是也沒提醒8點半結束。早上8點25過去的，餐廳服務員就開始催了，着急把吃的收拾了，還責怪我們怎麼不早點下來多睡這一會有什麼必要的。住這麼久的酒店第一次遇見，真心無語！

房間空間很大，床也很大，一家三口睡一點也不擠，而且房間內還有個類似小客廳的版塊，臨時在那辦公也不影響休息，就是去房間是二樓，沒有電梯，但是前台服務員幫我們把行李提到房間了，非常感謝！

訂的行政單間，踩了個大雷，或者説整個酒店就是個雷。
1.行政單間是後建的樓，沒有電梯，得自己提着行李上樓，前台衹是説往這個方向走，完全沒有提醒沒有電梯。找了半天沒找到電梯，正在彷徨之間，一位服務員給我指了完全相反的方向，我就去了，上去結果也有205房間，刷不開，以為前台沒做好房卡，問了旁邊的服務員，跟我説這邊不是行政的205，把我領下去，結果還是送給開始給我指這邊的服務員，來了句：啊，你不是去普通房間的啊，你也沒説啊。。。。
2. 進了房間，想休息會，外面走廊的喇叭竟然大聲的放着音樂，是國慶不錯，也是歌唱祖國，不過你得明白這不是廣場，不是晚會，是酒店，給前台打電話投訴，是關小了，但是第二天一早7點多又開始放，都懶得投訴了
3. 房間有冰箱，晚上回來買了一些需要冷藏的，一打開冰箱，完全不工作，喊了服務員，跟我説是壞了，讓我把東西放他們後廚，如果夜裡有需要，打電話讓前台送，理由是房間都滿了。被我拒絕了以後，很快就搬了一個新冰箱來，我也不知道是不是真的滿了，還是就是懶得弄。
4. 住了2天，廁所下水堵了2次，而且前台似乎就知道這個房間下水不好，服務員來通的時候我正好回來，用完的皮刷就直接放在房間地板上。。。[抓狂]
5. 洗澡的水既不熱，也很小，跟標間的比起來差很遠。
總結一下，到酒店第一眼感覺環境很不錯，然後就沒有然後了，完全沒有服務意識，你要是個快捷就算了，關鍵還起了個行政單間的名頭。。。也就這麼多了。
