I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

After check in, there are still some small ideas for reference: First, the lobby on the first floor is very clean, the cafe is very clean, must be the result of hard staff cleaning! But it is strange that the public toilet on the first floor is not big, but the toilet trash can is full of toilet paper (all full to the floor) but no one cleans it. Is it strange? Second, before check-in, everyone said that the service staff here is very enthusiastic, ㄟ...... is not bad! But I didn't feel the enthusiasm! When I checked in, the counter lady gave me a formal explanation (I looked up at them, no smile!) The next morning I went to borrow my bike and the gentleman asked me to fill in the information with a straight face! At last, when I checked out, I pushed a 27-pack full of suitcases and two full backpacks into the heavy front door of the hall. The counter lady looked at me and said, ”Be careful on the way! There is no meaning to help me push the door open at all, let alone help me push it to the car! So are the service staff enthusiastic? I don't know! Maybe I am less gratifying haha!
