1、洗手池是漏的；2、訂單裏寫了贈送夜宵，十一點半打電話到前台點了夜宵到十二點也沒送過來，就又催了一次前台説好的，直到十二點半睡着到第二天都沒出現過我的夜宵，我沒問就也沒個解釋，服了；3、到酒店餐廳用早餐問我要早餐券我説前台沒給我，服務員笑笑説我承認那是我們的失誤，那你去前台拿一下吧，你們的失誤為什麼要我來承擔，問煎雞蛋的要個雞蛋都很兇，問我幹嘛；4、早上打開櫃子發現一雙襪子，真的是嚇嚇死

曾經懷化的標桿酒店 一度外人都認為是五星級酒店 現在衹能和漢庭比甚至全季都比不上了！前台業務不熟練 大堂亂糟糟猶如家庭賓館 房間應該升級了 搞了智能控制 衞生也不錯 但我早上洗澡居然沒有熱水！

酒店環境非常好，投影房很大很舒適！而且追劇app自帶vip，輕鬆追劇的感覺太好啦！酒店整體服務也很不錯，可以接送站，並且有免費洗衣服務！下次出差還會選擇這裏入住

服務超級好好，房間是翻新過的，住着很舒服。酒店是有早餐廳的，粥，米粉，麪包牛奶這些都有的，包括健身房，還有高鐵站的免費接送服務，除了免費洗衣最讓我驚喜的是連鞋子都能洗，很感謝酒店阿姨[玫瑰]，服務真的很棒，不管是前台還是做衞生的阿姨都很親切，這個價格和這個配套服務在懷化來説真是數一數二的！ 以後都會來的，值得好評

帶小朋友去玩，下午入住了這家酒店，晚上帶小朋友出去玩回來覺得房間很熱，以為是空調才開的原因，結果晚上沒有空調，半夜熱的睡不着，酒店説送風扇，感情我開個房睡覺就是為了去吹風扇？這個天吹個風扇？我這邊要求換房，換空調好的房間，前台説喊服務員去看哪個房間空調效果好，後面給我回電話説空調壓縮機壞了，整棟樓都沒有空調，説衹能給風扇，要麼就退房，孩子都睡著了，半夜1-2點抱着孩子去找酒店？逗我呢，也沒有提前告知，辦理入住時就應該告知，這個處理過程差不多1小時，然後見着服務員送來的風扇，一整晚都熱的睡不着，然後酒店自助早餐也很差，西瓜都是前一天的，有點味道，東西也少，不推薦大家來入住，太差了，遭罪，房間廁所門也是壞的關不上，廁所馬桶也是鬆動的，房間裏的燒水壺也是很臟，燒再多次水都有很多污垢，完全不能使用，設施老舊，壞的也多，連房間空調都是壞的，哪怕正常提供空調都是沒有冷氣的，以後看見這家酒店繞着走，花錢遭罪
