I called the front desk and hoped to send one towel and two bath towels to the room. 作為一個酒店人強烈推薦這家酒店，帶孩子去西遊樂園無論打車還是自駕都很方便，酒店應該是新開業不久，值班經理蔡經理和另外那位前台（抱歉忘記名字了）都很專業和藹可親，詳細介紹房型的區別以及設備設施，問附近有什麼吃飯的也是推薦的不錯，房間給升了級，窗簾馬桶都是電動的，房間面積很大，這個價位有免費的minibar飲品確實沒想到，酒店的早餐又給了驚喜，原本預訂雙早帶有兩個孩子，因為孩子都1.3米了，本想詢問前台單獨購買加早餐怎麼收費，蔡經理直接告知1.4米以下免費，不得不説酒店這點做的很好非常人性化，保安大叔也是非常熱情前台王瑩告知沒有小童拖鞋了給了大人的，大叔跑到五樓給我們拿了小童拖鞋送到房間，真的很贊，酒店的布草也都是新的，2024年5月的，而且織數不必五星酒店差多少，唯一提個建議，因為房間面積很大，相對衞生淋浴間面積不是很大，用完的毛巾沒地方放，如果在提供個毛巾筐就完美了

房間馬桶自動沖水一晚上，以為**了。最讓人接受不了的是，前台服務態度極差，定了兩間房，一間有蟲子，一間有味道，打電話讓換一個房間，前台問我，房間什麼味道，好傢伙，我又不是二哈犬，能識別什麼味道，能有什麼味道，是臭味罷了，還要我形容出來是什麼臭味😀住過的酒店最差，沒有之一。

帶孩子去西遊樂園玩，住在這裏十分方便，打車20分鐘，房間乾淨衞生，床墊很舒服，早餐也特別推薦，預訂價格也非常實惠，簡直沒有缺點，住了兩天都不想走了，來淮安西遊樂園玩的一定住這裏，不會後悔的

酒店景色特別好， 設施：設施很新，感覺很好 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：環境檔次很高 服務：服務非常熱情，門口有車位，十分方便。感覺特別好。
