Les chambres sont très agréables, grandes et la literie est excellente. La piscine de la chambre est sympa mais l’eau un peu fraîche pour en profiter pleinement. Dans les chambres proches de la réception on entend la circulation. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec un grand choix de plats européens et asiatiques. Le personnel est au petit soin et vraiment très agréable. Cicada market et les zones un peu sympas sont à 20-25 mn de marche ou 5 mn de taxi (3-5€ sur Grab). Pour déjeuner ou dîner il y a pleins de restaurants sympas, pas chers et bons à proximité (de 5 à 25€ par personne selon le restaurant et ce qu’on y mange). La zone commune plage/piscine et le restaurant est très petite et nécessite un gros travail de maintenance et d’embellissement pour être remis à un niveau correct. La plage est immense et très sympa pour les promenades. Attention la mer est assez remuante quand il y a du vent (quasiment tous les jours en décembre) et il faut faire attention aux méduses. Bref l’hôtel est sympa mais à mon avis surévalué car il a besoin d’une bonne remise en état et décoration de la zone piscine/restaurant. C’est maximum un 4 étoiles.

We stayed 8 nights in the Wora Bura and enjoyed it very much. The resort is beautiful with its colonial style buildings and lovely garden. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom maybe could use an update. During our stay it was quiet in the resort (as in Hua Hin) so always enough sun beds at the lovely pool. Breakfast was ok, not really 5* although enough to chose from. Easy access to the beach for a swim or walk. Main road through Hua Hin is 2 mins walk via a field, there you will find restaurants, supermarkets etc. The hotel offers free bikes which we used a lot. We also used the gym often, only point to improve is the airco as it didn’t work well which made the gym quite hot. We also did the BBQ evening with live music, a nice treat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned well, as is the whole property. We recommend the Wora Bura, especially if you want to avoid the standard hotel chains and stay in a lovely Thai style environment.

There are 2 night markets within a 10-minute walk of the hotel, and it takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The service staff of the hotel are very friendly. They bask in the sun by the pool. The service staff also actively asks if they need to drink mixed drinks, which can be charged to the room. Cash is available. The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The deck room I stayed in this time is different from the room type connected to the swimming pool on the first floor. There are more outdoor bathtubs and deck chairs upstairs. It is also very good to lie down and watch the stars at night, but remember to prepare mosquito repellent. The room cleaning speed is very fast, and it is finished by the time of breakfast, so we have no time to put a tip😅, the little housekeeper will ask about the reservation time when we check in at breakfast time, so as to avoid no space. There are so many choices for breakfast, you want to eat everything, and the actual meals are also delicious. If I come to Hua Hin again, I am very happy to choose this hotel again!

The first day it worked perfectly, but after that it was cut off(( The receptionist gladly shared her private internet (shared from her mobile) with me to help me to book a hotel in Bangkok. Very nice place for family entertainment and rest near ocean, have good infrastructure, baking classes, swimming pool, jacuzzi. The stuff is super friendly and the overall experience was very nice! Have temple just around the corner and market! The beach is just in 300 meter from the hotel, and also, bus stop, going to the downtown. A nice village place, not crowded, vert convenient and easy stay with children and pets. We rent a family room for 5 people and it was amazing! American and Thai breakfast included, with fried rice and bacon! Very joyful!

Nice hotel right on the beach. Great service from very good staff. This is a pet friendly place, which is exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed our time there because of the location. The room had a patio area which was very dark so we did not use. The only draw back is really breakfast that is included. The quality of the food served is very low. Although the menu has pictures of bacon, they do not serve bacon but the cheapest ham you can imagine and them some. Same for the sausages. Orange juice is also not very good.
