Dear Hotel Management, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel. As a frequent guest, I have always appreciated the quality of service and comfort your establishment offers. However, on this particular occasion, I must express my disappointment with a few aspects of my stay. Firstly, the bathroom in my room lacked a facing faucet, with only a shower head available. This made it inconvenient to transfer water from the shower to the bathtub, resulting in a dissipation of the hot water's temperature. Consequently, my bathing experience was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the toilet's flushing force was inadequate, requiring multiple attempts to clear the bowl properly. Furthermore, during my recent stay, I had planned to check out early at 6 a.m. Unfortunately, the tranquility of my morning was disrupted by the sound of renovation work in the adjacent bedroom at 9 a.m. While I understand that the front desk had informed me about the situation, it would have been greatly appreciated if I had been offered an alternative room to ensure a peaceful stay. Please understand that my intention in leaving this feedback is not to criticize but to draw attention to the concerns of a loyal and frequent guest. I have consistently chosen your hotel for my accommodation needs because of the positive experiences I have had in the past. I believe that by addressing these issues, you can continue to provide an exceptional experience for your guests, especially those who choose your hotel repeatedly. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I trust that you will consider my feedback constructively, as it is meant to enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to my future stays at your hotel, in the hope that my concerns will be taken into account. Yours sincerely, A Loyal and Concerned Guest

It's worth living here. The seats are very good. Everything is available. You don't have to go far. It's good for independent travel or group tours. It's cheap and good. I will stay here again next time. All basic facilities are available.

A nice stay for Christmas in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Also excellent service!! Food pics from that restaurant😋

The hotel does its job adequately with no surprises. Rooms are pretty large for Hong Kong at this price point and it’s conveniently located near exit C quarry bay station. A few refreshes are definitely needed in a certain areas : TV should be replaces with one that has smart functions or supports screen mirroring, carpets hide a lot of dirt and should be replaced with modern floor boards. Suggest everyone to bring their own toiletries as almost none is provided.

The room I booked in Hong Kong is already very good. Although it is small, it has all the necessary features. The main reason is that the price/performance ratio is very good and it is worth recommending. The landlady is very nice, very enthusiastic, answers all questions, and is very patient!

The room is clean! ! That is, a foreigner who brought a small baby pothole must ask me to make up 150 yuan. The above is obviously two people. We have three people! ! ! Deeply pitted! And clearly booked a double room, small baby can sleep together! Foreign countries are estimated to see that we are Chinese. Cautiously staying, the first time I was gone, the net was also pitted, and nothing was stated on it!
