It's really bad. The corridor going up is very dilapidated and has been under renovation. It's very noisy at night and during the day. The soundproofing is very rubbish. I was thinking of going to Chungking Mansion, but I decided to go here because of Chungking Mansion's safety issues, but it's much more serious than Chungking Mansion.
