The location is not bad and rooms are reasonably big Front desk and reservation teams are horrible. They just cancelled my reservation without any reason neither notified trip com that it was cancelled. I waited more than 1 hour to solve the problem after 30 hours flying into HK. Front desk service really terrible, people seem to don't care about clients. Frigobar leaking water all the time. I will never book this hotel again

It is a good hotel with reasonable prices for Hong Kong standards.

Hotel will collect deposit HK500 per night, if you stay for 4 nights, they will ask for HK2,000. Some days they don't replenish toiletries thinking that you still have it from other day that they have given you. We stayed over Xmas period. The staff won't even greet you by saying a simple Merry Christmas or Good morning etc. When I asked to arrange for taxi to airport. The staff told me they can help me or I just flat my own taxi outside the hotel. If you have children and sleep early. Behind the hotel are pubs and clubs, it turned rowdy and noisy at night. Some drunkard will screamed and shouted or quarrelled. Location wise is not bad, about 8 mins walk to train station and with many eateries.

It’s kind of my hk home before Covid, I have stayed in the same hotel almost 10 years so it’s kind of refreshing experience to stay in this hotel again, since I wanted to see if our company should continue to make the contract and stay there, and the staff is still very friendly and upgrading me to the higher floor corner suite and the breakfast changed to «  à la carte » but still preferred the old way of buffet that you have enjoy all kind of flavor from morning as usually we will be super busy for the fair, no time to eat lunch in the stand. In general, the quality is still good and the room still maintained in a good way, the location is the best for everything close, easy to shop and enjoy the dinner as the is newly opened French oyster bar in front!!!’ We have booked our rooms for next hk fair in March and hope everything will be good!!!

Very nice and helpful staff. Room is pretty, clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable.

Hotel location is good. Front desk staff service good too.

The alley at the rear of the hotel is a bar street which operates till early morning and it's too noisy ...

Great location and reasonable price. Double bed is a bit small though. Everything else adequate.
